In 1999, it became a Condominium Association and today, each apartment is individually owned and operated. ●●→Our complex AC system is having issues, we installed a portable Ac for our guest comfort. AC/HEAT: Our complex's cooling/heating systems are shared by all units. Each unit has a thermostat that can turn the system ON or OFF. The Condominium Association controls whether the system is set to cooling or heating mode, depending on the temperatures.
