My husband & I stayed 2 wks ago, minor issue with the shower, which we reported upon check out. We were given the same room last night and the repairs had been completed. Nice to see follow through & know that someone is actually listening.

Not impressed. Check in was long. Coffee machine in morning for breakfast was broken so they had a one cup at a time with very bad coffee and on each table actually had a QR code to go buy coffee from the shop across the parking lot. Ice machine on 3 floor was broken. One I needed front desk for water as the fitness room didn’t have any and had a sign to go to front desk. But the woman working was on phone in office and ignored me. I finally walked down to the kitchen area and the girl there went and got me the water. Very poor on front desk. The young man when we checked out was very nice and helpful.

Was there recently for a fishing tournament. Hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast had something for everyone. Ample parking with plugs on every light pole to plug your boat into.

Fire alarms went off between 4:15am & 4:45am about every other morning. Apparently this was due to a faulty smoke detector.

Clean room & facility. Friendly staff. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and would stay there again. Highly recommended.

Hotel was great, the fire alarm at 550 AM, not so great. Apparently this is a reoccurring problem.
