"Ideal location in the old city center. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and tidy however when it comes to business trips, a few more plugs would have been nice to have. Only one available: when you need to charge your phone, and your laptop, 2 or 3 would have been highly useful. "

"The doorman gave us a frosty reception after 7 pm. We had to wait until our second call for him to open the door... and he refused to help us put our heavy suitcases on the trolley, responding with, "I don't touch guests' luggage!"
