Such an amazing holiday park. We come here every year and won’t be stopping anytime soon! Stayed in both caravan and lodges. Have only had slight issues in the past but they were sorted asap

Excellent Reception Customer Service who answered all my queries before our visit, especially Richard. The site is lovely in a valley, very clean and tidy. Our caravan, new this year, The Bovey, was very clean. I loved the Bathroom design, with the two doors, saves on the ensuite but does the job. Although smaller than the usual caravan it seemed to work better for us. A lovely view from the bedroom window of the outside pool and entertainment complex. Enjoyed the fish and chips and were plentiful. Did find the drinks rather expensive on site. The Entertainment staff were very good, friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed The Abba and Iconic evenings. Well done to Flo for all his energy dancing and singing. The reason for our visit was the 60's Weekender and to see my fav band Union Gap UK. Cofton, you definitely lived up to your all round 5 star rating in my opinion. The only drawback we found was the steep hill walking up to catch the bus and back:(.

Motorhome holiday hardstanding pitch at top level fabulous views. Nice spacious allocation. Six days didn’t move the MH lots to do, walked to Starcross took ferry to Exmouth, bus to Exeter, walked to Dawlish Warren through the woods and then onto Dawlish along coastal path bus back. Site is spotless, lots of activities for children, shop very well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was good fun. Electricity is on a meter which we set up before we went very easy to follow instructions we used £9 worth any balance is refunded. Would request a lower pitch if you have any mobility issues. Very pleasant holiday experience.

It's a shame because it's a lovely site , but management do not seem interested when people let them know about problems and pass the blame. We had major problems when we arrived with electrics , (touring pitch) as did many people we spoke to. We also had to move pitches because even with ramps it was very slopey. When we arrived in reception, while waiting to check in, there were a couple people saying they had problems with getting Electric. When we arrived on our first pitch two maintenance men were doing work on pitch by ours and we believe our lead was damaged by a elec serge, after 3 hours we had to buy a new one , our lead was fine when we left home because van had been plugged in. It just all seems very coincidental. Anyway we spoke to reception and they told us to email , which we did. No reply so we rang again and spoke to someone in office who said they,d get back to us , nothing! I believe because my Husband has a speach impediment they did not take him seriously and can guarantee if they reply to this it will be just passing the blame and not excepting that theres any chance that any of this is possibly due to their problems they were having. We are very easing going people and have never complained about any place before but the way they dealt with this is unacceptable. It's definately not a 5 star site where the staff are concerned, their only interested in hearing all the good stuff .

Another great stay staff helpful and very friendly site spotless in all areas With the meter system coming into place on grass in 2026 unsure if we will return cannot mess around with apps and QR codes to have a holiday maybe time to go elsewhere

Absolutely loved my stay at Cotton. This place is absolutely fabulous. I loved being surrounded by so much nature, having accessibility to the forest, the small town and the beach . During my stay, I spent a week in one of the caravans and another one in one of the holiday homes - both were wonderful, clean, well equipped. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!
