Три минуты хотьбы от ЖД станции Давос . В тихом месте. Приветливые сотрудники. Заселили раньше. Номер простой, но с шикарным видом.

Wir waren mit Familie und Freunden im Februar 25 ein paar Tage untergebracht und wir können uns wirklich fast nur lobend äussern. Angefangen mit dem unkomplizierten Buchungsprozess, da wir x Mutationen melden mussten, weil niemand gleichzeitig anreiste bzw. und sich ständig noch mehr Leute dazu gesellten. Trotzdem hat alles hervorragend geklappt, was wirklich nicht als Selbstverständlichkeit angeschaut werden kann. Es war zudem sehr sauber und das Frühstück zweckmässig. Einzig im Frühstücksraum war etwas eng bestuhlt. Einen Tisch weniger pro Raum würde die Sache sicherlich verbessern. Die Angestellten waren zwar der deutschen Sprache nicht alle mächtig, aber man gab sich durchwegs Mühe, dass alle unsere Wünsche und Anliegen erfüllt werden konnten. Vielen Dank und wir werden, sollte sich die Gelegenheit ergeben, dieses Hotel wieder wählen!

My recent stay at this hotel was a nightmare from the beginning. Despite confirming our booking for 10 people over the phone, upon arrival, there were no available rooms. Some in our group even had to cancel their trips due to this mismanagement. The manager, Mario, promised to find us rooms but failed, leaving us scrambling to secure emergency accommodations at a much higher cost. To make matters worse, Mario assured compensation for the inconvenience, but this promise was never fulfilled. Communication was a significant hurdle throughout the ordeal. The lady at the reception, who confirmed our booking over the phone, struggled with both English and German. This language barrier only added to the chaos and frustration. I strongly caution potential guests against choosing this hotel. The combination of unreliable management, broken promises, and communication issues can easily ruin what should have been a pleasant stay. Learn from our experience and look elsewhere for a more reliable and accommodating option.

I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience at the Bernina Hotel in Davos. My friends and I had made a reservation well in advance for a ski weekend, specifically for 10 people through Booking. To ensure everything was in order, we even called to confirm the reservation shortly before our arrival. Little did we know what awaited us. On the day of our arrival, the hotel staff seemed completely unaware of our reservation when the first couple arrived. They acted as if they had no knowledge of our booking. After a prolonged wait, only one couple was given a room, while the remaining eight guests were left without accommodation. It was truly shocking and frustrating. Despite having confirmation and proof of our reservation, the hotel claimed they couldn't find it or confirm it, even though we had spoken to them on the phone. We were left with no choice but to hastily find alternative accommodations, which ended up being more expensive. The communication with the hotel manager, Mario, was absolutely abysmal. He initially promised to find us another suitable arrangement, but ultimately failed to deliver on his word. To make matters worse, we were also promised a reimbursement for the additional costs we incurred, but to this day, we have received no response to our emails, let alone any compensation. I cannot stress enough: Stay away from this hotel. Even awarding it a single star would be overly generous. The experience we had was beyond disappointing, and I urge anyone considering staying at the Bernina Hotel in Davos to reconsider their choice.

Meine Frau und ich, waren über die Ostertage Im Hotel Bernina Bed and Breakfast, in Davos. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstrasse nach Tiefenkastel in Davos Platz. Wir haben ein günstiges Hotel gesucht, da wir dort nur zum Schlafen waren und keine weiteren Ansprüche stellten. Selbst das Frühstück nahmen wir nicht im Hotel ein, da der Partner unserer Tochter 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt eine Wohnung hat und wir dort jeweils Frühstückten. Wer keine grosse Ansprüche stellt, findet im Hotel Bernina eine günstige Möglichkeit zu übernachten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Zimmer geräumig, was man allerdings von der Nasszelle nicht unbedingt sagen kann, da dieses doch eher eng ist. Der WC Deckel sollte dort einmal besser befestigt werden, da dieser sich bald einmal ganz lösen wird. Trotz der Durchgangsstrasse ist es zum Schlafen in der Nacht sehr ruhig und der Verkehr ist erst am frühen Morgen zu hören. Wir erlaubten uns trotz nicht Benützung des Frühstücks einen Blick ins Angebot zu machen und stellten fest, dass für jeden Gast ein ausreichendes Angebot zur Auswahl bereit steht. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt im Hotel Bernina in Davos alleweil und wer bereit ist, in einem einfachen aber gut geführten und sauberen Hotel einen Kurzurlaub in Davos zu machen, ist im Bernina Bed and Breakfast gut aufgehoben.
