The location and the environment are good. The room service and cleaning were not everyday.

I reserved a suite with a jacuzzi with weeks of anticipation. When we got there, they gave us a regular room with a regular bathroom, and the charge remained the same. The manager was out for the weekend, so they only informed us that the room that we had reserved was already taken. We had to stay in the hotel in the subpar room because it would have cost us too much to book another hotel for that same night. We are contesting the charge, since the service provided was not the one for what we paid for.

This is a very nice older hotel that normally, I’m sure is fine. This particular night it has some tenants who made it impossible for me and my dog to remain there and we left at 9:45pm and drive the 2 hrs ti my home, tired and frustrated. There were 7 young adolescents roomed next to me and despite conversations with the office and making requests directly to the teens, they could not control themselves and were very loud and thumping on the walls. There was no parent in attendance. My dog was very upset by the noise so we opted to leave. It was very discouraging.

There was a great deal of noise from the Southern Pacific trains all night long. There was early morning noise from six roosters and homeless people sorting recycling outside our window. Kept us awake all night long. There should be a warning on the website about proximity to trains. Some people can sleep through them; some people cannot.

Nice facility, clean, well kept grounds, easy walking to many restaurants and other sites. We walked to a concert at the UC Davis Mondavi Center. Many bicycles! Only negatives were Dutch Bros next door started their thumping music a bit earlier and louder than I like. Other rooms might not have been so affected. Wi-Fi at motel was erratic. I called office 3 times in 2 days to ask them to reset. Cost seemed a little high. Overall, however, we enjoyed our two-night stay very much.

There was bugs in the bathroom and room. The AC unit was loud. The staff when we checked in was rude and unhelpfu when asked questions regarding the area. Very disappointed
