To reach the upper floor you will have to climb narrow and steep stairs. These are the original stairs of the house and have not been modified.Bathrooms: We have two bathrooms in the house. The main floor has a tub and the upper floor has a shower. Please note: To reach the upper floor you will need climb narrow stairs.Kitchen: The kitchen has a full stove, fridge, keurig coffee maker, toaster, cups, plates, silverware, and dishwasher. Note: The dishwasher is a high efficiency dishwasher which does take time to wash dishes. We recommend only using it for longer stays.Alarm: We have a Ring Alarm System at the house which we’ll disarm before you arrive. This is also our Fire, Smoke and CO2 monitors.Parties: We do not allow any type of party on the property. You will need to limit the number of people to the number booked. If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges billed at $50/hour plus any damage which might have occurred.Pets: We do not allow pets at this time.No Smoking or Drug Use: This is a non-smoking property. That includes inside and outdoors of the property. There is a minimum $500 smoking clean-up fee which will need to be paid. We do not allow any type of illegal substances or drugs to be used on-site.Commercial Activity: We do not allow any type of commercial activity at our without prior written consent, including but not limited to; food trucks, music actives, any feed charged event, commercials, TV or movie production, photography, etc.Guest accessYou'll have access to the entire home. Local Bus Route 627 and 470 one block away (5 min walk)Parking is available for up to 4 cars. Two cars on the curved driveway in front of our home and up to two cars in front of the garage in the back.Note: Please do not park on the driveway on the side of the house as it is a shared driveway with the Neighboor.Other things to noteKaysville City does not allow Street Parking at night between Nov 1 - Apr 30 to allow snow plows to clear the road.Noise monitor device -"Minut" is installed inside the house which is industry compliant to notify of loud party noise and disturbances.
