The hotel room was not cleaned. Inside the refrigerator ,freezer and microwave was extremely dirty, the microwave didn’t work, it didn’t even have a plug. Place looked outdated and damaged, they must have a plumbing issue because whenever you flush the toilet or run the water you can hear a loud clanking noise.I turned on the faucet to rinse out my daughter sippy cup & all I saw was black dirty water running out the faucet. I was so disgusted and didn’t even wash the sippy cup. Its not worth $85 a night, this property is in dire need for renovations and repairs as soon as possible.

This hotel is not safe at all! I’m a solo female traveler that checked in around 6:30pm. I went to the room, shut and bolted the door, showered, watched a movie and went to bed around 11pm. I awoke at 1:40am to someone messing around with my lock, then they opened the door! Of course because of the lock, they could only open the door an inch or two. I yelled and the guy said “oh, I’m so sorry” and left. Of course, that was the end of the night for me. No sleeping after that. I spoke to the manager the next day who insisted she had no idea why someone else had a copy of my room key. She also assured me of a rebate which I never got as I booked through *******. I’m pretty sure as a single traveler I was targeted! I really regret not calling the police and filing a report. Beware do not stay here!

Had to wait in the front area for 20min to check in because a sign posted said the clerk was helping another guest and there was no one else to check in. Entered the room and the room had a very bad smell and there was a roach crawling on the wall. We did not stay and asked for a refund

The room was never cleaned, after a guy called about his bag being left behind they send somebody on day 2 of my stay to come and clean the room but never told us the room hadn't been clean and the last person left dirty clothes under the bed, there was a bag of dirty clothes under my daughters bed, the bathroom walls haven't been scrubbed since God knows when I didn't even put my babies in the tub. There is roaches all over this property. You will be better at plantation where it is newly renovated or just stay with Best Western instead alot better than Extended Stay. The manager tells me I'll get a full refund but doesn't keep his word no refund. Mind you my babies were sleeping in a bed where they just pulled the sheets across. One of my daughters and my fiance left this place itching. NASTY!!

Drove 4 hours to get there, front desk lobby was lock, empty and dark. No was answering the phone. Long story short, the worker was doing laundry and said he works in the laundry room, not the front. However he is the one checking in guest after late hours. Paid 260 to only to lose sleep. Arrive at 2:30am checked in 4am, leaving at 7am. No refund or accommodations.

Continental breakfast was coffee. No place to change/go pee in the office area. Front desk lady was not friendly at all.

Very old and not clean mold and scum in the tubs abandoned rooms….just overall terrible
