Fui hace un mes no me quedé y me rebajaron una noche. Llevo 1 mes pidiendo el reembolso.

No me dejaron entrar al hotel porque no tienen oficinas disponible después de las 10 pm

Arrived a little early before official check-in around 2 or so and a sticky note was on the roll up check in window saying I will be back at 3. No early check in no exceptions. When finally open the desk clerk was friendly so that's a plus but the room was definitely meh. So for a $200 one night stay I was expecting a bit more cleanliness and I guess coziness. Although the room wasn't horrible, I've had worse for $200 it should have been a lot more desirable. I'm not sure if being right off a major highway has anything to do with it's conditions or just the area of but the price is too steep. Again I will reiterate the desk clerk was lovely but the hotel not so much. The fridge a place where you should feel comfortable putting in leftovers looked awful. Pic attached. It is a residence to a lot of people so noise late night is a concern also.

Upon entering the lobby it felt like checking into some mental facility and when you enter thr room it even more so with the bed on stilts. Let's not talk about those uninvited guess and dirty bathrooms with thick dust and the sinks about to fall off of the walls and dirty refrigerator. Not a bad location, but this property needs an overhaul ASAP!

We made the reservation at 11 am and got to the hotel at 6:30 pm. Our room had been given away because the desk clerk said they didn't charge the card in advance to hold the room. We've never had any hotel give our room away. They just charged the card on file for the night. We've stayed at your facilities a few times. We never will again.

Hotel is disgusting. We only stayed 1 night but it smelled and room was gross. Frdige had rust all on and in it. Very sketchy people hanging out outside and all you smell is ****. Not worth it at all!!!!!

The hotel did not have key cards to get into the room so I had to wait for the representative to go up with me and open the door… This was ridiculous because after hours I had to call and request someone from housekeeping to come and open door which was more than 30 minutes waiting time

The sheets were not changed and had pet foot prints on them also the shut down early and property was unsafe
