This wonderful location is within 5 minutes drive of local restaurants, stores and amenities. Posner Park is only 10 minutes away with additional restaurants, supermarkets, shopping facilities and an IMAX cinema! Luxury: * Superb contemporary furniture and decor throughout, recently refurbished * 5 spacious bedrooms comprising: 3 master en-suites with the king suite having direct access to the pool area 2 twin bedded rooms sharing a bathroom and a pull out sofa bed in the retreat. The home has one King bedroom, two Queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. * Direct access to bathroom from pool area through an external side door (no need to soak the bedroom floor!) * Sleeps maximum of 12 people * 4 bathrooms, 2 of which have spacious double showers. The primary person will need to provide: Their reservation information which shows: The rental property address. Check in and check out date. Number of guests. Identification that matches the reservation name. License plate information for the primary vehicle. The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day. Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee – One-time fee per house per reservation 1-12 Guests $35 13+ Guests $45 Facility Rules Reminders Slide Rules: The rider must be at least 48 inches tall. Slide riders must go down slide feet first. No tandem riding. Solterra staff will be checking guests’ height at the front pool gate moving forward.
