Great Vacation Rental
I had a wonderful stay at the townhouse! The owner was extremely responsive, and the neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing. One thing to note for future guests is that there are quite a few stairs between the first and second floors, as the ceilings are quite tall. However, the primary bedroom and a walk-in shower are conveniently located on the first floor, which was ideal since I was traveling with someone with limited mobility. The plunge pool was enjoyable as well!

Quick Weekend - 4 Stars
Everything was right about the property. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars was its cleanliness both on the inside and outside. It could definitely stand a good cleaning, overall. It wasn't horrible, but wasn't great either, hence my average rating.
What was great was the communication with the property owner and the Ashwood facilities (gym and pool). The property owner Craig was very accomodating. He allowed us to check-in a little early and he answered every question quickly.
