地點沒太注意觀察，因為我們就是為了純睡覺去了，第二天就走。 整潔度OK，但是美中不足的是衛生間的燈很暗，給人感官不是很好。 服務，我在預定的時候就已經告知了酒店我在best wersern的會員號，我以為工作人員可以注意到，結果並沒有。其實星級酒店入住體驗不會太差，比的也就是注意細節的方面。 設置，因為是covid-19期間，早餐是工作人員分配的，品種沒有很多，但是基本夠了。沒有牛奶。沒有牛奶。沒有牛奶。

很乾淨,很新,更新了。牀很舒服。服務很棒。我總是受到問候和感謝,因爲我是IHG會員,這是我在哈利法克斯地區從酒店收到的最好的服務。我會繼續一次又一次回來。很棒的早餐,很棒的庫存小市場,供孩子們享用和涼爽的水上樂園

My husband booked me this trip as a Mother’s Day surprise, since we have two small children at home. It was a nice solo night away for me. He made all the arrangements, double checked with management the day before that everything was arranged and taken care of so I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. Check in was a literal night mare. The person helping me was so dismissive. At first gave me a hard time because my last name is not the same as my husbands. It’s 2023… I was at the front desk for 43 minutes. 5 people were checked in beside me while I was there. The worker checking them in offered every single person a free breakfast. A couple of them even said “breakfast isn’t included in my stay” in which she replied “I know, it’s just to help you enjoy your stay with us” I was offered nothing. After finally getting my room key I asked if I could would be getting breakfast and he replied “no”. I left a message for management who was in at 8am since there was none there when I checked in and nobody called me back. I never received an apology. Upon checkout same thing. The hotel is nice and the rooms are good. However being made to feel welcome when your paying upwards of $300 for a standard room and being treated decently is literally BARE MINIMUM. Your options in the area are endless so do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Pathetic excuse for hospitality.

I recently stayed at Sandman Signature hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated

我不記得上一次這麼喜歡住在酒店了。 。 。率是驚人的；通過酒店預訂。 com。而且這些圖片並沒有做到合理。裝飾是維多利亞時代的風格，浪漫，非常乾淨和寬敞的房間，我們有一張特大號床，帶有漂亮的4張海報架。床的舒適度令人驚嘆-不太牢固也不太柔軟。很多乾淨的枕頭，一切都乾淨舒適。大型電視，餐具（不是塑料的），微波爐和迷你冰箱。到處都有美麗的維多利亞口音，歡迎寵物入住！帶了我的小狗。工作人員很友好，熱情和禮貌。還有自助早餐，令人難以置信的最好的火腿。 我們非常喜歡我們的房間，並且住宿如此之多，以至於我們計劃再次入住併為父母提供住宿！極力推薦，並以2個大拇指向上！等不及要回來了！
