Cosy room, no bugs, nice and clean, excellent shower, comfortable bed, handy parking, no issues at all. TV could be better and the large multi outlet extension socket was a slight concern. Fabulous location in the Victorian hills and right next door to the fabulous Dart Pub. It’s quirky and not perfect but I am happy to recommend.

The room was as expected, had all the necessary things, nothing fancy, the only issue i had was the loud continuous banging and creaking, not sure what was causing it but it was like the building was moving, kept me up most if the night as it was very loud at times. Bed was comfortable and clean, a/c was quiet and appreciated as it was warm

We were very disappointed with the housekeeping and with the lack of any response from management when we pointed out the issues. On the positive side - the room and bathroom were generally clean. On the negative side - no soap or shampoo, mugs and cups had not been washed, no wine glasses, the extra blankets were thrown into the cupboard not folded, TV did not work. I would recommend seeking different accommodation when in Dartmouth.

Dirty disgusting hole,mould in the fridge, the whole place smelt of wet mould. Cob webs all over the ceiling with flys in them, everything in the cupboards was dirty and there was nothing to wash anything with.So overpriced and the photos on the web site must be 10 years old.
