decent hotel with expendive price，decent breakfast

This is one of hotel that you can't say much. Everything is standard service. Standard breakfast, standard room. Standard boring experience is good because usually surprises mean bad discovery lol. I don't think I will remember this hotel next month. I notice faint paint smell upon entering the room, I figure the room just got freshen up. Location wise just okay, I don't recall any interesting restaurants nearby.

Gabby at the front desk was wonderful! I had a long day at work and she made sure I would have a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. I stayed on a Saturday night and although it was sold out, it was very quiet so I got a great night sleep. Would definitely go again!

I have never been somewhere the staff is so RUDE from the night we checked in to the morning staff. I’ve been in customer service my whole life and never seen a group of staff treat someone so poorly. The front desk the night we checked in yelled WHAT to us as we walked in, before we even checked in. Then in the morning the breakfast lady was aggravated from the beginning. She made my kids cry because we had to leave because my one year old needed “shoes” who is a lap child and wasn’t walking. I will admit for validity that my toddler also didn’t have shoes but wasn’t walking just sitting at the time, but she refused to let her stay with the adult that had shoes on. My kids were literally screaming crying she was so awful.

Room was overly humid (carpet and sheets felt wet) and smells musty. We requested a different room and no family suites were available, nor was additional bedding for the pull out sofa bed. The front desk mentioned that other regular rooms were available, but they couldn't find bedding? The lady at the breakfast was very nice and attentive.

Horrible hotel. A used hypodermic needle fell out of the tissue box and landed one half inch from my husbands foot. There was blood on the needle and in the needle. My husband was extremely lucky not to get stuck. The front desk manager was justifiably upset, but the hotel manager doesn't seem to care about our issue. I have repeatedly asked them to call me or email me, and they have refused. Terrible customer service. In addition, the condition of the hotel is very bad. The hallway floor is uneven, with lots of soft spots. Our room was damp - including the sheets, pillows, chair, carpet, etc. The carpet next to the a/c was wet. Broken tiles in the bathroom (and the bathroom floor was sloped/uneven).
