完美的飯店，價格實惠，地點好，很乾淨

They cancelled my reservation out from under me days before my trip because my CC company had to issue me a new number. They gave me no notice, nor chance to update the CC number, which I would have been happy to do. When I contacted them, they said that the room was no longer available, and checking their website shows all prices are now 50% higher. Clearly predatory business practices. Beware.

週六，我們第一次作為貴賓參加附近的活動，接待員的歡迎態度冷酷而迅速。他似乎很生氣，我們只是有一個關於停車的問題，並被告知你應該先聽他的，他會向你解釋一切。我們在網路上預訂的時候，房間裡留了免費的水。入住後我們發現它不見了。我們禮貌地詢問接待員有關水的問題。並再次被「教導」你必須自己去取水。我自己從事酒店業，確實可以更友善一些。很抱歉我們打擾了他的星期六晚上;-) 一句善意的話語和一個微笑不會傷害任何人。房間很乾淨，佈置實用。按照標準，一切都很好。不幸的是，淋浴間的角落發霉了，還有一股霉味。週日早上我們被極度的噪音吵醒。隔壁房間的淋浴聲聽起來就像是手提鑽正在拆牆。在我們的浴室裡，水猛烈地濺在管道上，所有東西都完全濕透了，包括私人物品。我們立即以友好的方式通知接待處，但沒有收到任何回應。您將其交給管理員即可完成。我們的私人物品濕漉漉的，儘管延遲退房，但由於噪音，我們還是按時吃了早餐;-)走廊裡的所有東西都是由客房服務人員運送的，你必須非常小心，不要絆倒。地板上放著吸塵器，所有東西都被堵住了。早餐很緊湊，很新鮮，很友善，但還有很大的改進空間。

What a terrible service! We are a family of five (youngest child is under 2). The hotel Could not provide a cot and insisted we had to get a second room, alongside our family room. We reluctantly agreed to this (and the additional cost) at the point of reserving. When we checked in, they gave us the two rooms on different floors! I explained we are a family and in fact share a suitcase for all and it would be impractical to move things up and down different floors. They responded that the rooms are different ‘classes’ and cannot be given on the same floor. I am appalled at this lie, since we have another family travelling with us who were given a room on the same floor as our single room…! Just terrible.

The region is nice, quiet and with a parking lot at the hotel but also opposite from it. The rooms are enough for one person, too small however for two. Service could be nicer sometimes but most of the staff was polite. The price is very low for Germany so under these circumstances i think it is a decent choice for Darmstadt.
