The location is very nice, you can see the nature from the room. The wall and floor is made of wood hence sound from other rooms is clearly audible. I would suggest people should book the first floor only. No geyser available but hot water is available on demand.

They provided delicious regional food with genuine flavors from the use of fresh products from local farmers. It was an awesome stay here in hotel pride, kalimpong. Rooms were pretty clean and well maintained. Staffs were very polite and cordial. Moreover, we have booking for a mountain view room. The magical kanchenjungha was clearly visible right from our bed. It was totally a wonderful experience. I can say that hotel pride is the best hotel at lolegaon.
Nice hotel, breakfast is top notch Negatives Warm water in bathroom is not as warm as it should be, they have centralised geyser We had dinner here but the experience and taste were not good, the waiter served soup from buffet which was not warm and noodles were not crisp , even chowmin felt it was prepared way earlier.
訪訪客用戶location: On Gandhi Road. Okay for senior citizens as the way to Mall, more or less, on plain surface, not up and down to walk. But a little bit distance, about 10-15 minutes walk for aged people. Property: Old, decorated with old but aesthetic appeal with average maintenance. Staff behaviour: Okay Our experience: We stayed for 2 days. We booked for 3 senior citizens. Tarrif charged for 3 persons, that is 1.5 times of normal double bed room tarrif. But when We checked in, they allotted a small double bed room. The room was on 2nd floor and very not enough for 3 persons and blocked all the for sides with no outside view. On protest they somehow managed to arrange a mattress on the floor leaving no space for movement in the room. We have booked hotels for many times, but never gone through such experience. We didn't receive the value for money at all. should look into this and ensure proper service and provide value for money. After all we are not happy with the room allotted to us as per value charged. Caution: Before booking for this hotel please note that once booked, no refund is allowed on cancellation on future date. Our experience for 2 days stay
Stayed here for 2 nights. And I'll give the real picture. Good things first... 1) Room was perfect as per the amount I paid. Eventually, they upgraded me even before I asked for it. Room had all amenities one might need during a stay 2) Behaviour of the entire team is awesome. They served me with a smile... Every single time. And they never said NO for any of my requests. Now, few serious stuffs to look into.... 1) Location, which is 1 Km from Darjeeling Mal, While Keventers & Mahakal Chowk are 500 mts. And you don't get any view from the room 2) They have communication issues, perhaps language barrier. On Day-2 I requested to replenish the complimentary drinking water. But IRD team member arrived with packaged drinking water. But again, their behaviour is damn good. He took that back & catered to my actual request 3) This was troublesome. I was supposed to check out at 0730 Hrs. And my room was with breakfast. I informed the Front Desk about the scenario in the previous evening. The ever friendly lady at the desk confirmed me that although Breakfast won't be available at that time, but she'll send sandwiches for me which I was Ok with. But when I called the desk at 6AM in the morning, the guy was clueless. He paid a courtesy visit to the room & said the message of providing sandwiches wasn't passed to him.... Again communication laps Overall the hotel is good & recommended. But don't book your room with breakfast if you have early morning departure.
AAhmadThis was my second time staying at this place. The first time, it was good. But, later, we have experienced a decrease in their service. The photo in the advertisement on Trip.com was not offered to us. We had to pay ~30% more to get that room. The geyser was also not working. They are misleading the customers here. They show one room, but when you pay via Trip.com, they offer some lower-tier rooms, or you have to pay more to get the rooms you have booked via this site. Be aware of this scam. Otherwise, the location is quite good, it's beside the Dali monastery, barely 2 2-minute walk.
Situated within 5 kms of the NJP railway station, this hotel provided a quick check in even quite late at night. The suite was spacious though it didn't have any window. They don't offer a buffet breakfast but the in room dining menu was extensive and the food was good. They have no tieup with car rental agencies for onward journeys or arrangement for station and airport pickup and drop. The check out was also quite fast. Overall a comfortable stay.
