我們經過漫長的一天旅行後到達酒店,正在尋找一個不錯的熱水淋浴。然而,那天熱水器不工作。工作人員非常樂於助人,建議我們提供熱水桶,但這不是解決問題的實際解決方案,因爲我們更舒適地淋浴,而不是從桶裏拿壺水和洗澡。第二天,同樣的問題繼續存在,似乎溫度升高了一點,但對我們來說還不夠,因爲我們想要該地區和周圍其他酒店有更高的溫度,但這家酒店沒有。這真的很令人失望,直到最後他們無法解決這個問題。最後在第二個晚上,我們沒有任何選擇,我們要求水桶,我們的浴缸完全出於必要。除此之外,加熱器有時會遠程關閉,在我們向前台投訴後將“自動”打開。如果你碰巧在半夜醒來檢查你的信息等WhatsApp,你不應該看到Wifi關閉很驚訝。我們連續兩個晚上注意到了這一點。早餐很棒,工作人員很樂於助人,特別是女士和先生給我們帶來了一桶熱水,特別感謝他們。之前通過我們的旅遊經營者預訂了2晚,在更高的房間艙位上又預訂了一晚。看着我們問前台的問題,我們想在兩晚後退房,想退款。他說,他將與他的經理覈實,看看他們在達吉林的其他財產的選擇,他說那裏不會有熱水問題等,並將回到我身邊。他沒有回來,我們沒有精力把它進一步推到他們身上,因爲天氣很冷,我們不想再麻煩了。

Stayed here for 2 nights. And I'll give the real picture. Good things first... 1) Room was perfect as per the amount I paid. Eventually, they upgraded me even before I asked for it. Room had all amenities one might need during a stay 2) Behaviour of the entire team is awesome. They served me with a smile... Every single time. And they never said NO for any of my requests. Now, few serious stuffs to look into.... 1) Location, which is 1 Km from Darjeeling Mal, While Keventers & Mahakal Chowk are 500 mts. And you don't get any view from the room 2) They have communication issues, perhaps language barrier. On Day-2 I requested to replenish the complimentary drinking water. But IRD team member arrived with packaged drinking water. But again, their behaviour is damn good. He took that back & catered to my actual request 3) This was troublesome. I was supposed to check out at 0730 Hrs. And my room was with breakfast. I informed the Front Desk about the scenario in the previous evening. The ever friendly lady at the desk confirmed me that although Breakfast won't be available at that time, but she'll send sandwiches for me which I was Ok with. But when I called the desk at 6AM in the morning, the guy was clueless. He paid a courtesy visit to the room & said the message of providing sandwiches wasn't passed to him.... Again communication laps Overall the hotel is good & recommended. But don't book your room with breakfast if you have early morning departure.

This was my 3rd visit to summit montana suits and spa darjeeling. I love staying in this hotel. Stayed in presidential suite. Staff very supportive and well mannered. Room service good. Room was lovely. Less than 5 minutes walking distance from mall road. Location is perfect. Hotel above rink mall. View from room is mesmerizing. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed in this hotel in March 2023. When I reached hotel and got worm welcome, fell well . Room was small but well managed and almost everything available and clean. Food was awesome and they served very decently. Hotel is not too far from main road. Most important things of hotel manager and staff behavior are beautiful, which made happy me.

在大吉嶺能算是數一數二質量較好的酒店了，雖然周邊很破舊，但這裏算是個小港灣，特別適合兩個人住（因為含雙早）。從大吉嶺火車站，拖着箱子走到酒店大約15分鐘，年輕人是沒問題的，從酒店走到山頂廣場也就5分鐘，很是方便，旁邊有地攤性質的夜市，還有kfc，樓下竟然還有一家miniso，我也是醉了，丟中國人的臉的假日本品牌四處泛濫。視頻是在房間裏用延時拍攝的。另外，這裏提供免費寄存行李，你可以去花四五天徒步，把行李留在這裏，回來再取。

這是一家可愛的酒店,位置優越,景色優美,可愛的露台,有數百朵鮮花,設計良好的房間和公共空間。工作人員都非常棒,非常熱情,服務水平極高,Parveen混合了驚人的雞尾酒,非常細心。食物在自助餐和菜單外都很棒。客房清潔,沒有什麼問題,如果溫度下降,他們帶來了熱水瓶,並在您的房間裏放火。在迷人的大吉嶺忙碌了一天後,我們喜歡在圖書館裏喝茶放鬆身心。強烈推薦。
