In one word Horrible. To all travellers , pls avoid this place which is approx 15Km from kurseong town. Bads: 1. Location , far off from centre 2. Rooms, in very pitiable state with almost nil amenities imagine tv also womt work. No wardrobe. Dingy toilet. Smelly linen. Claustrophobic rooms 3. Infrastructure - poor maintenance and lacks almost everything that should come at this procepoint 4. Food. Exhorbitant pricing. Average to poor taste. Rates comparable to star catehory hotels 5. Ambience , though the rooms overlook valley and u get a good view, thats too less u get for the other experiences . Goods: Nothing at all. All who plan kurseong trip , try to stay at kurseong town

This hotel was booked my my tour agent Falaxy Tours and Treks in Gangtok. We reached the hotel around 6 pm and it was bathed in soft light and looked so peaceful. Hotel staff was quick to come out and help with luggage. The gate was closed when we came which was reassuring in terms of safety and security. Our room is an average size with four poster bed. It was clean and well organised . Things like tissue box shows it’s not just a petty hotel. Karam Cheetrui checked us in promptly and showies us the place giving a personal touch to our memorable experience. He personally spoke to our travel agent when pur flight got cancelled and helped us navigate through our distress . Food is immbecable. There is five course dinner plan one can choose from which is the first I have seen in this India tour. Food was delicious and delivered freshly to our room with foil covers. All ammenities are in the room including tea making services, heater, and hot water. Linen we used was clean and the bed was well made. For our 4 am departure Karam organised a packed breakfast made of fresh fruits, sandwiches , hard boiled eggs and fruit juice.This was the kindest thing one has done for us in India. Beautiful place on route to Siliguri. I really wished I stayed here longer so I. Old enjoy the mountains village experience and the services of a brilliant host.
