The property was great, very clean, smelled like cigarettes in the hallways and they don't dring towels or clean during the week

Overbooked and no place to go. They said they left me a message the Wednesday before. I didn’t see it. Arrived at the property and was told I didn’t have a room. So I had to sleep in my car because they were overbooked. I’m too old to be doing that. Ruined the trip.

The worst day ever We were there for a week I asked for my money back because the stove didn’t work. They didn’t have housekeeping and the room air conditioner didn’t work and they will refuse to give us some money back so I had to stay there when I asked for clean sheets they said that I’d have to wash them myself

I like it that it is a one block walk to visit my parents. Reasonable Cost. Comfortable bed.

Worst Experience Ever Had to listen to people across the hall fighting, yelling, slamming their room door for three days during the day while I was trying to work. The third day they were fighting really bad and then the bathroom fan started leaking/raining all over the bathroom. I went down to customer service and requested a new room. They were very nice and put me into a new room. Well that room had evidence of bed bugs. I strongly recommend not wasting your money and staying there.
