Personnel top ! Repas divers et très bon. Bâtiments un peu ancien mais propre. Animations régulières . Le seul bémol assez éloigné des premiers magasins (2km) donc il faut aimer la marche. Aucun souci pour nous puisque nous sommes marcheurs ! Il faut le savoir. En conclusion nous avons passer un très bon séjour.

What's a fantastic hotel. Firstly the staff were tremendous, so friendly and accommodating. The hotel serves a stunning breakfast with a selection for all. The pool area was never crowded always sun beds available. The rooms were lovely and clean and had everything you needed including arrival drinks. The hotel is kept in a lovely condition and is clean and bushes all well trimmed. Close to beaches and restaurants but just far enough from the canter of CHANIA with bus and taxi access easily accessible. I recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Well maintained hotel with beautiful large pool area . All staff so friendly. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and good quality food. Knocked a star off for the room - was overlooking a very noisy busy road with unattractive view. Kitchenette area bit tired and also bathroom needed upgrading - very basic shower and zero storage for toiletries etc - not even a shelf. had to store all bathroom accessories in the kitchen! However room was immaculately cleaned each day.

Just returned after a week In this beautiful, peaceful oasis . It has an air of tranquility about it . From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the lovely Ramona, who showed us our beautiful room overlooking the pool. The staff were amazing and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing and the lunches and dinners were fantastic . The best meal of the week was eaten here in the Ambrosia restaurant. Manos was so polite as were all the staff . We are so happy to have found this little haven and will definitely return .

This is a lovely hotel, very clean, friendly and welcoming staff, great location, as can walk to a few nearby beaches, supermarkets and some local tavernas. Unfortunately we were delayed by 10 hours traveling from London to Chania, and i communicated this to the hotel. They made sure that someone was there to greet us on arrival and she recommended us the local taverna. The room was clean and spacious with two complimentary bottles of water - and one of them i accidentally dropped in the room! The team were very helpful and helped me clear this up. Also once I checked out and went to my new hotel in Chania, i realized i left my credit card inn the safe, so rang back up and they found it and i went to collect it from them later on in the day. The hotel during my stay, the guest were mainly 'boomer' couples and they get up incredibly early and like to reserve their sunbeds (even though there is a note in the room to do not do that). just one thing i think may need to be looked in the height of summer, as if the hotel is full there are not enough loungers. But then, there are a few beaches nearby. Breakfast I cannot really comment on as it was very hot while I was there and I did not have that much of an appetite.

Relaxing beautiful hotel, the rooms were comfy, staff were amazingly helpful with everything. It had a small family feel which I loved. The hotel made us feel so welcome when we arrived and even gave us a list of restaurant suggestions and a free welcome drink. Absolutely lovely, if we had any problems the hotel were happy to help! The pool and bar were great and morning breakfast was really well done. I’m only saying this so travellers to Crete are aware the cicadas are soooo loud! I don’t think it’s the hotels fault but it made relaxing by the pool really difficult without headphones as they crazy loud. I did google it and I think cicadas are especially loud in June/July. They didn’t affect my sleep but I think that’s cause the air conditioning drowned them out. The only annoying tiny thing about the hotel is that the bed was a bit small which is personal preference so I’m not knocking them down for it, overall staff were lovely and hotel was beautiful.
