Upon waking up to the beautiful beachfront view, it's hard not to feel a sense of calm and relaxation. The friendly staff members added a nice touch to the overall ambiance of the place. However, I couldn't help but feel that the rooms could have been more inviting and the furniture could have been of better quality (the desk was almost falling apart) my father in law also unfortunately got electricuted while trying to open the fridge in the room. The bed sheets had some noticeable stains. Despite these drawbacks, the convenience of being able to step out and go for a swim right away was truly enjoyable. With a bit of improvements in the room and a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place has the potential to be a top-notch beachfront destination.

The standards at Sunrise have really gone downhill. Booking and check-in process was badly handled. The pool was not opened on time (11AM instead of 9AM). The breakfast was bad. The rooms were decent but cleanliness is an issue. TV’s in our two rooms were not working. Have stayed here in the past, last time was 2021, but will not be coming back here again with my family. They need to really improve the management and service levels here.

I came with my family and we had a amazing time. The staff were polite and food was delicious. They serve food till the room and it comes hot. Swimming pool is big and safe for small children. Price is reasonable and rooms are big they allow one mattress for a small charge. Must to go place 💯😊

Faites attention le prix indiquée sur booking n’est pas le prix réel, une taxe de 18% qui n’est pas à négligeable, vous sera demandée à l’arrivée. De plus impossibilité de payé en carte. Les lieux ne sont pas du tout comme sur les photos indiquées, nous avons réservé une chambre vue sur mer, aucune vue sur mer ne nous a été proposée. La chambre était humide et sombre avec impossibilité d’ouvrir les rideaux. De plus, il n’y avait pas d’électricité à notre arrivée et de nombreuses coupures de courant dans le complexe. Les murs de la chambre étaient sales, il y a un gros manque de propreté. Nous avons demandé à être changé de chambre or celles proposées étaient tout autant déplorable niveau propretés et sentaient la cigarette. Nous avons alors été déplacé vers la chambre suite deluxe mais l’électricité a sauté dans la nuit, le canapé dégageait une odeur infecte. Nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel pour la première fois, une assiette nous a été servi avec des poils et lorsque qu’on leur en a fait part ceux ci ne les a pas dérangé plus que ça… Le petit déjeuné est ridicule pour un hotel portant 4 étoiles, le stock de nourriture est très limité et l’eau est payante. Nous avons constaté que pour un si grand l’hôtel, celui ci était vide nous étions les seules, cela faisait peur… L’hôtel n’est pas du tout à la hauteur de ce qu’il propose je ne recommanderais pas du tout ! Le personnel reste agréable mais l’endroit n’est pas fréquentable pour des touristes.

No complaints everything was amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The rooms was very clean. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to for a place to stay in kigamboni. It’s very safe. We had a great time.

Went with my kids for swimming pool, pool condition is not good and water not clean. Some places there are fungus . Water treatment /pumps not working which cause bad smell of water. It is not healthy for user
