蒂弗農場民宿(Twyford Farm B&B)

Grote luxe mag je op een 'working farm' niet verwachten, wel veel gezelligheid en een prachtige omgeving. Krakende en oneffen vloeren, maar een gezellig en warme kamer met een ruime badkamer. Beneden was het 's avonds gezellig zitten in het salon. Het ontbijt krijg je opgediend in een kamertje met een mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Het traditionele ontbijt bestaat uit lokale producten en is erg lekker. Ook het continentale ontbijt was lekker. De uitbaters zijn vriendelijke mensen. Wij waren er tijdens de lammertijd wat een extra toets aan ons verblijf gaf. Een vijftal kilometer vandaar is het gezellig en lekker eten in de Green Man in Horsted Keynes. Enig minpuntje, de wegen in de omgeving (en trouwens op veel plaatsen in West-Sussex) liggen er ellendig bij.

A beautiful old cottage with many original features and a lovely a**osphere. Excellent hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Cooked breakfast was lovely. All surrounded by beautiful scenery!

We stayed here for two nights. It is a beautiful tranquil location. The room was roomy! and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. For some the down side might be the lack of a phone signal but the wifi is good so for us it was no problem. Thoroughly recommended.

We booked Twyford farm just as a place to stay before our flight from Gatwick the following day, however quickly fell in love with the place. Upon arrival Bob was extremely welcoming and explained where the nearest pub was if we wanted a drink or some home cooked food. The room was spacious, clean and quaint. The bed extremely comfortable. The views from the windows were everything you could want from a farm. Fields of sheep on one side, yet not to close, with lambs and calves on the other and backdrop of trees. The full English breakfast provided by Liz was large and flavoursome. We feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon such a peaceful and beautiful farm. We will be returning.

Liz and Bob are the most kind hosts possible. Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast. Quiet, clean rooms. Fantastic British B&B, surrounded by beautiful country- ideal for short and long walks. 10+, highly recommended!

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly host into the very old farmhouse with amazing features. Our room was excellent, very clean and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable, that I wanted to take it home with me. The breakfast were delicious, especially the scrambled eggs!!!! This place took a bit of finding but it was so worth it.

Idyllic setting, peaceful, lovely large en suite room at a great price. Highly recommended!

My mum and I had a wonderful 1 night stay here, the views from the windows are amazing. As soon as we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed, the host was happy to answer questions about the local area and places to eat. Such a relaxing break.

Lovely stay whilst visiting the Bluebell Vineyard. Very tucked out of the way and peaceful. With comfy rooms and lounge. Good choice for breakfast too. Worth a stay. Some nice options for walking with stunning views.
