Everything is good.

From the moment we arrived myself and my husband we so well looked after. Nothing was ever an issue or a bother to them. Each and every person went above and also beyond for us. Our Butler Dilmith was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. He always collected us within seconds of us texting him for a spin to the hotel area. He truly was the best. Always so helpful and so friendly too. Thank you so much Dilmith. It was an unforgettable stay and we will most certainly be returning to this exquisite hotel in the future. Thanks you for great memories.

很棒的酒店，但有一些小的風格缺陷。房間很大，佈置精美。舒適的床墊。熱水池。五星級豪華價格。不幸的是，我必須指出一些風格上的缺陷。早上沒有收集洗衣布。毛巾沒有更換。房間清潔不太理想。他們把前一天晚上喝掉的所有瓶裝水都放在了周圍。五星級豪華酒店裡有一些小問題，但無法接受

This was the best holiday my husband and I have ever had it was perfect from start to finish. We were treated like royalty off the staff nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The housekeeping were brilliant, the waiters, the reception, the bar staff, the chefs, the food was 5 star it was beautiful. There are not enough words to tell you about our overall experience at this place, the wildlife was spectacular, everything from crocodiles to peacocks, owls, beautiful birds including birds of prey, you didn’t really need to go anywhere although we did have many trips but came back to the water gardens each day. We stayed there for 14 nights and it was the best thing we ever did. If you’re not sure where to stay we can’t recommend this place enough. I have terminal cancer and if I can visit there again before I’m too ill we definitely will. Thankyou to you all for such a wonderful experience with beautiful Sri Lankan people you really are something else ❤️

Espectacular. Un Hotel con todas las comodidades, el personal súper atento en todo momento. La habitación con piscina privada tenía unas vistas preciosas directamente a la roca. Estaban pendientes de cualquier detalle. Nos dieron un masaje al llegar y por las noches venían a hacer la habitación para antes de dormir y nos traían dulces.
