Deze plaats was fantastisch! Niks was te veel voor het personeel om dit verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het eten was zeer goed en uitgebreid. Dit was de ideale manier voor een digitale detox midden in de jungle. Een dikke aanrader!!

Voleurs !!! Cabane vétuste, chemin périlleux mais surtout des hôtes malhonnête !!! Déjà que la prestation est exorbitante par rapport aux standards du pays mais en plus les hôtes sont de véritables voleurs !!! Le chemin etant inaccessible nous nous entendons pour rester 1 nuit au lieu de 2 mais sommes finalement prélevé de la deuxième, depuis bien sûr ni son ni imagr depuis plus d 1 semaine malgré plusieurs mails !!! Du vol, du vol, du vol !!! Idem pour le SAV de booking qui brille par son silence !!!

Back of beyond is right up there with the best of experiences! After a bumpy road we finally came to a relaxing haven with wonderful tree houses where we stayed a couple of nights. It was amazing to get that close to natur while still having a high level of comfort. Lying under the banana leaved roof listening to the wild life during the night was fantastic!

Never recommend this place. Road to this place is so bad. Only can go 4wd vehicles. Took 1 + hours to reach this hotel from sigiriya city. Hotel staff never say about it till we reach there. Hotel staff also gave poor service. Rooms are okay.

The location was spot on, it is a short walk to Pidurangala Rock and a short tuk tuk drive to Lions Rock. The room looked great, it was my first experience of sleeping in an open room in a jungle. The bathroom had an open roof too. Sadly we visited when there was a lot of heavy rain, as much as the hotel tried to keep everything dry, o found the bedding to be a little damp. The food was delicious and fresh, we enjoyed breakfast and an evening meal here. There is no alcohol served here at the hotel.
