6 gece konakladim. Ucuncu gelisimiz ama bu sefer oda temizligi vasatti . Girdigim gunden itibaren oda temizlenmedi. Odanin tavani daha onceden akmis fakat onarim yapilmamis odaya beni yerlestirmisler. Tavandan surekli su damladi sorunu iletmeme ragmen farkli odaya alinmadim. Yerler pislik icinde calisanlara soylememe ragmen bir temizlik yapilmadi. Rezalet olmus malesef ki severek geldigimiz isletmeydi fakat fazlasiyla bozmuslar

The Hotel was recommended to us by friends who have stayed on a number of occasions and was Great. The staff. Bar Rambo/Berat/Cem/Bestie..Reception..Fatih/Batu/Onur and the lovely Serpil the " egg lady". The ladies who cleaned our room were first class. Having travelled to various countries we have to say the staff were the most sociable we have experienced. A short 15 minute walk to the town bars & restaurants. The boat taxi goes from near the Hotel to the beach. We will definitely be returning.

Oda,kahvaltı,hizmet herşey çok güzeldi odaları geniş balkonlu temizdi,kahvaltı açık büfe fazlasıyla çeşidin olduğu güzel bir kahvaltıydı,tüm personel sürekli güler yüzlüydü,çok memnun kaldık

Nice modern rooms, easy to get a pool lounger and staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location, a short stroll in to town. Slightly marked down by some cleanliness issues, cigarette butts by the pool, litter and dead bugs outside of our room were not swept for several days.

Booked a 7 night EasyJet holiday to this resort/hotel.We had no previous experience of visiting Dalyan ,although regular visitors to other areas and hotels in Turkey. Have to say both the hotel and resort compare favourably and I can see why the reviews are so positive.We would also have rated excellent apart from a few issues. To the positives - smooth check in and all room features explained.Staff in reception,bar ,room cleaners and restaurant all great…so friendly and helpful.Breakfast in restaurant always good choice and fresh.Bar meals are enjoyable and priced favourably to outside.Bar,reception,restaurant and pool water all kept fresh and clean.Our room was also cleaned regular inside,and tidied promptly every day during our stay.Our outside terrace and access was overgrown but they did trim within a day or 2 of reporting. Feel bad listing a few negatives as all reviews are so positive. But we don’t feel we are being grumpy as they did annoy us during our stay. The chairs and table on the terrace are small and not very practical if having a coffee or playing cards in the evening. Our terrace and glass partition was probably only brushed and rinsed with water once during our stay. The surrounding pool area behind the sun beds had quite a lot of rubbish,cigarette ends etc.We never noticed the area being brushed or hosed but was maybe carried out late evening or early morning.Not sure if this was the reason,but seemed to be a few ants,bees etc most days about the pool.Think I got more bites during the day than the evening! We had a problem in our bathroom (room 107) where it looked like water appeared at certain times on the floor.We suspected maybe from next door or upstairs when they were showering? We mentioned to cleaning staff and reception on a few occasions,but not sure if they got to the problem? It was not every day it happened,so didn’t make an issue as only there 7 nights,but if I returned may request a different room. Overall,we enjoyed our stay and the staff work hard to ensure the hotel keeps up its fine reputation.Not sure we will return to Dalyan as we tend to explore different areas of Turkey.If we did,I would certainly look into returning to the Live Spa.
