Front desk associate was very rude!! I have stayed here several times and never had any issues, have always requested a balcony room, never had issues with that either. I requested one this time and was told non were available, was also told that our up coming reservation at the end of the month they could not guarantee one, I said okay then I’ll probably just cancel. Instead of trying to offer something she says, well I’ll be more than happy to cancel that for you. I also understand they are first come first serve, and we checked in right at check in time so I know that many people did not check in and get balcony rooms that quick. She had no name tag, and was very rude. Another lady even tried to step in and help us and she wouldn’t allow it. I also requested not to be put on the bottom floor and she did so anyway.

I stayed her for one night, ******* showed breakfast included, however it was a bistro that you have to pay for. The room was great for the most part, clean, stocked with hygiene supplies expect no shampoo. None of the charging outlets in the room worked and the tv would randomly shut off.

Clean. Comfortable pillows. Great location for overnight stay. Water pressure was great. No one was at the desk upon arrival. Check in took just a little more time than usual. We always request non-adjoining rooms but we received an adjoining room again. Wasn’t as quiet a stay as last time, but still a nice place to stay.

We stopped in for just an overnight stay on our way back from Florida, just could not drive any further. The staff was exceptionally friendly when we checked in/out. The one thing that I though was odd is that they did not offer a continental breakfast, but other than that, they were great. Rooms very clean, staff very friendly.

Man WOW just Wow amazing hotel. I mean the lady Tina upfront was friendly! And the rooms were spotless!!

The bathroom was one of the best condition that I have seen for that price point. One recommendation would be to have a rack in the bathroom for the extra towels versus placing on the toilet tank cover.

My stay was great and I don’t have any complaints. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and I felt safe overall which was a priority.

I will be staying here again. Clean, quiet and I love the little bar/cafe spot during certain times. Good food and reasonable....

Hotel was nice, clean & comfortable however there was no FREE breakfast. They did have a restaurant on site but it was at additional cost. My search filter was to include a free breakfast but I assumed wrong.
