Awesome room

Nice and comfort

The hotel presents itself very nice with a very British Style with in room fully stocked mini bar from Moet Champagne to Haribo and Advil. But staff it’s terrible from a waiting of 30 min for breakfast as they got o my one server the Mexican restaurant around the corner got more servers then Virgin Hotel to the fact that the receptionist when we left shouted in the entire lobby are you checking out guys ? And I said yes I’ll be back I wanted to place the suitcases in the car and ask the valet to bring the car while she asked the valet what was my surname out loud in the lobby. I had to ask the manager and explain about customer confidentiality. In other well established Hotels at the same ranking reception staff have to offer a certain distance to the desk for confidentiality but not here. Once the manager said that she will speak to the receptionist nothing else mentioned about for their training etc. I de used to pass on future stays at any Virgin Hotel even though I’m a regular upper class traveler on Virgin Atlantic

I love the Virgin, this is our go to! This stay, we had no TV for the 2nights we were there, Imagine a ton of downtime and you cant even watch TV, The downstairs bar smelt of old stale fish (not great to relax). The morning of our check out we call the front desk to tell them we will need our car at 2:45am, as our flight is super early. We were assured that there was 24/7 valet and we would be able to get our car with no issues. At 2:40 we stood waiting at Valet, nobody to be seen, not even at the check in inside the hotel. 10 minutes go by before we find someone, it took nearly 20 minutes to get our car. The room service we ordered during this stay was the absolute worst food. We ate maybe bites and left it back out on the tray minutes later. For a hotel that I love so much, this stay was awful! We will start booking elsewhere for our conventions.

We had no tv service for the 2.5 days there and their phones were down also so could not call for car service. Tried getting coffee two days and waited over an hour than told coffee machine broken a joke really at $400 per night also no internet really a joke to be honest.

El hotel está muy bonito pero su servicio de habitación muy deficiente. En una ocasión pedimos toallas dos veces y nunca llegaron. Dos Dias no nos pusieron jabón en la regadera y el último día no limpiaron nuestro cuarto. La verdad muy decepcionante

The property was in the perfect location. The staff was was AMAZING.. I was very disappointed due to the pool being overcrowded and the uncomfortable mattresses. My staycation didn’t go as planned

Came at midnight and got charged way too much

The hotel has a very cool and funky vibe and is nicely finished. The furniture in the rooms looks great, but there isn't much in terms of comfortable seating other than the bed. The mattress was very comfortable though, and room was really quiet. Good food at the restaurant. Overall cleanliness of the common areas wasn't amazing. Like spots on the hallway carpet, a coffee stain on the elevator lobby table for 2 days, scuffs on the walls, etc. Room cleanliness was good and everything in the room worked. Super nice shower.
