達拉斯斯通利艾美飯店(Le Méridien Dallas, the Stoneleigh)

Habitación cómoda y espaciosa, por el precio de la misma esperas que el Estacionamiento este incluido pero no lo está, también se espera que haya limpieza diaria pero no sucedió así , la zona es conveniente con Restaurantes cercanos; lamentablemente en este mes están construyendo enfrente y arreglando la calle , lo que conllevó a demasiado ruido y los inconvenientes que cualquier construcción presentan

Hotel is very nice. I’m not happy that I called a day ahead about an issue. The manager was busy and they took a message and the manager Julie never returned my call. Also, I booked a king room, but when I checked in they gave me a double bed room. This stay was for my anniversary. We had to head back downstairs to get it fixed. I feel as though this was done because we are two women. If a man and woman had checked in together they would have NEVER given them a 2 bed room when a king bed room was booked.

Housekeeping of our room was bad. When we checked in we were not informed that we needed to specifically request that we wanted our room cleaned each day. There was not printed information in the room about housekeeping. After two days of no housekeeping we complained and management informed us of the policy. The next day we requested housekeeping and it still didn't happen and we had to insist a cleaning be done late at night. Very disappointed. Not the same Stoneleigh we were used to. Probably won't be coming back. Sad, we used to love this hotel.

This stay was very disappointing. The hotel is very old. The window doesn’t eliminate the sound and from the 7th floor we heard cars driving by all night long. Everything is just old. The bed was uncomfortable and breakfast was just OK.

Nice Hotel in a Good Neighborhood. Construction on the street makes sidewalks unavailable.

One of our favorites to stay at in Uptown. Great proximity to Uchi and other places in uptown.

Large spacious room and bathroom. Clean, updated and convenient location. Several great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Not a fan of the cost of the valet parking

Great hotel. Lots of character, perfect location, clean, nice, and great employees.

Hotel is in a good part of town. Overall a really good. King bed wasn’t that comfortable (sagging) and sheets weren’t put on bed properly which was a bit weird. But overall great hotel. Valet parking a bit pricey but that is expected I guess.
