乾淨衞生，位置不錯，價格稍貴

電梯三天都沒修好，停車費多收了，退回很麻煩。

When you got off elevator it smelled like poop. Otherwise staff was amazing room was great!!

服務很好，辦理入住很快，房間足夠大而且乾淨，適合我和我的未婚夫

總的來說，房間很棒而且寬敞。該位置地理位置優越，可輕鬆前往購物和餐飲場所。不幸的是電梯有問題，需要等待很長時間才能進出。

這家旅館沒有辜負我的期望。不僅乾淨、美觀，服務也很棒。我推薦任何去達拉斯旅行的人住在這裡。

Great area and awesome staff!

我們在下午 6:00 到達飯店（入住時間為下午 3:00），房間還沒準備好。前台的凱西（Kathy）對我們非常不尊重，並告訴我們，我們的房間已不可用，而且她不知道我們什麼時候可以入住。她的態度完全傲慢、不尊重，而且一點也不抱歉。一切都是為了這種情況，此外她沒有做出任何努力為我們安排房間。她甚至告訴我，如果我感到不安，那是我的問題。她的一位同事幫助我並給我們分配了一個房間住。隔天我去前台與經理交談，Kathy 告訴我經理沒有特定的進出飯店的時間。 我等了一個小時，當我看到經理到達時，我去和他交談並告訴他整個情況，他接受了我的投訴並幫助我們解決了問題。

I would never stay here again! The door could not open in the initial room we attempted to check in. We had to go back downstairs to the front desk to get another room. We got to the room and it was nice until 3 am. The air conditioning went out so we had to go to another room in the middle of the night. The next morning we had to go back to the original room. This was over 15 days ago and I still haven't gotten my deposit back! They are saying there's nothing they can do.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el hotel es muy grande, bonito y muy amables. Solo que uno de los elevadores no funcionaba y durante los 6 diaa que estuvimos ahi no lograron que funcionara.

Hotel 9/10!!! Would def stay again. Only downfall was no microwave in the room and the TV was functioning a little weird but the room was clean, very spacious, comfortable and had a nice view of the city of Dallas.

Nice place but room was way to hot. Had the thermostat set lowest possible but had a difficult time sleeping as the room was very warm. Parking gate was busted so had to utilities out gate for both in and out while the arm stayed raised. Other than that, the he room was very nice and well decorated.
