阿納託利希爾頓飯店(Hilton Anatole, Dallas)

Great location and amenities. The Jade Waters park is a great bonus! The only complaint I have is how extremely slow and under staffed the pool bar was. If you’re going to raise the price of the wristbands from $25 to $55 because it’s Memorial Day weekend then it would make sense to bring in additional staff to ensure that everyone is served in a timely manner. Waiting in line 30 mins + for a drink takes guests away from fully enjoying themselves.

Hotel anatole is a mini vacation for my son and me we have started a tradition of staying here before school starts i never want to leave here it’s the perfect trip for us i get to relax and enjoy time w my son while he is happy i look forward to coming again real soon

Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch.

Great stay

The room was outdated and my “view” was of the wall to a part of the building. It took me a LONG time to get to my room from the elevator and there wasn’t another elevator option. Unfortunately in the corner room I was in the rooms next to me in same corner were very loud. I even came back to my room one day and the room door was open and I definitely didn’t leave it open. I was staying for a conference so I kind of didn’t have a choice on stay since the conference was at the hotels conference center. The hotel itself is beautiful with the atrium and the water park but I don’t sleep or spend my time alone in those areas so they didn’t really make my decision to write this any different. I would recommend trying to get a room near elevator, and maybe a “view” that’s not a wall.

Where to start. The lobby smells like mildew. There was a cockroach in the bathroom when my wife was using it and the computer at the front desk wasn’t working web we checked in. The valet was busy filming himself when we’re were trying to drop off the car. For being such an expense hotel I expect more.

Front desk gave another guest with my last name my room key and they walked right in while I was changing. Good thing they noticed the room was occupied and walked out. Went down to the front desk to talk to the manager and manager did not come out and they would give me a call. Manager never called I had to call well text and wait for a manager to actually call me.

We always love the Anatole, we stayed on the 21st floor this time in the tower, usually we are atrium people :) and it was mentioned that we were in a renovated room, but there was no mention of construction noises. It was pretty loud and disturbing.

Not worth the money. We couldn't check in on time, had to wait almost two hours when we drove 7 hours from Baton Rouge. Couldnt get room services, had to wait almost whole day just to get some fresh towels and shampoos. Both beds we had in the rooms were so old we could feel the spring when we laid down, sofas had dirty and stains all over the carpet and room smelled like mildew. I would never stay here again or recommend to anyone else. The most nasty resort hotel i ever stayed!
