達拉斯市中心萬豪飯店(Dallas Marriott Downtown)

We typically always enjoy our time at this hotel and enjoyed it this time along just as much.

The otter appearance and main lobby of the building appeared to be immaculate! However, once inside the room it was a total loss! First, it felt like a steam room filled with smoke. The engineer tried to repair for 35 minutes and left a humidifier fan to circulate the air. Room service arrived around 54 minutes, only after I had called the front desk to check status. Once we received our burgers, they were frozen in the middle. The linens were stained and the list goes on. Not what we expected from such a great previous stays. Worst stay ever and will not recommend to anyone!

Great stay from beginning to end. Room and bed was very comfortable and very clean! Loved the layout of the entire space including the bathroom. Valet service was on point. Would definitely stay here again. Extremely satisfied all around!

Check in was chaotic, we booked king suite and were put in a two queen. Service was horrible.

The rooms were clean and spacious. But the bed itself and pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillows were so uncomfortable both my husband and I could not sleep.

I got billed for parking twice and Marriott won't return calls either. They charged my card on file and also asked me to next counter to pay for parking. Only after when I read the bill correctly and looked at credit card on file I realized I paid twice. Now Marriott won't return calls and credit company is also pain to deal with. I suggest y'all be careful as the front desk staff is apparently too busy to watch this for you.

The hotel is in a great spot. The prices of things are outrageous. It cost 4.00 for a bottle of water. The sink water flow had to be fixed, no room service at all. Non one to clean. When you pay this kind of money, you expect service. I could have just stayed at Motel 6, and got the same type of service. My sister and her husband had a sandwich and fries. 32.00 this in insane. I understand profit is important, but this is pure greed. Unless things change there I am afraid I will take my business elsewhere. I am sure people will continue to support your establishment. Place is nice, clean, but just outrageous pricing. On top of all that you have to pay for parking 30 dollars for parking. This was a very expensive hotel stay with very few amenities. Travelers understand things are going to be expensive, but this is horrible for the traveler.
