達拉斯市區史考特與懷特紀念醫院希爾頓惠庭飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Dallas Downtown at Baylor Scott & White)

시내 인근에 위치해 있어서 접근성이 매우 훌륭했어요. 출장으로 방문을 하였는데 인근에 식사가 가능한 식당들이 있어서 좋았어요. 호텔이 위치한 인근 동네도 안전하고 쾌적해 보였어요.

close to Dos Equis Pavilion, any concert or live show u can easily drive there. very clean in the room, u can have a waffle by yourself

Otimo para quem precisa ficar mais tempo, pois no quarto tem geladeira, fogão (deve ser solicitado), microondas e maquina de lavar louças. Cama confortável, quarto amplo com mesa de trabalho e sofá. Cafe da manhã incluso na diária, honesto, mas um pouco repetitivo para quem vai ficar mais dias.

Parking garage was not convenient and the fee of $ 19.00 while a guest at the hotel was a bit excessive. Hotel offered no vouchers or discounts, I expected more from a Hilton. Shower sprayed water up on the ceiling and all over the floor. Shower doors kept sticking and wouldn’t open. Overall it was a bad experience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

My room was never cleaned in my stay, also the hotel had some tables painted and did not put up a sign with a caution notice, so we set on the chair and my husband got it on his jeand and my daughter on her shorts. The hotel clerk did take off the parking fee that was $60 wich my husbands jeans were more than that. They never reached out to me only because they would talk to me when i would pass by the front desk. If not they would of just left it like nothing had happened.

We did not get what we had paid for in advance, we reserved a room to accommodate 6 people and gave us a room for 4 people. The day of my check in i called in advance to make sure everything was good to avoid any surprise at check in, because we were running late we were going to be getting there at 2 am due to bad weather. When i called to check about my room Ashley was very short and put me on hold right away without waiting on my “ok I can wait” the lack of customer service was bad,it was irrelevant at the moment until we check in she was not very welcoming. We check in and does not even bother to tell me that they do not have the room I had reserved. Just hands me the cards and some instructions on the breakfast. I find out until I get to my room and realized there was a mistake and it was not gonna work. they gave me a room with one queen bed and a sofa bed and we had booked a 2 queen bed and a sofa bed. We go back to lobby and tells me she does not have another room and I asked her that how come she didn’t tell me over the phone when i had called earlier she said she is not able to see what we booked until we check in(which I find hard to believe) she stated since we booked through a 3rd party we couldn’t get a fast refund and also said ******* always does mistakes it was not there fault. She said manager only worked during business hours and was not able to give me another room. She also laughed at me when I asked if we could atleast have an extra couch she was nohelp

When we arrived, Barry was the gentleman that checked us in he was so kind and nice and informative as to the breakfast in the morning and the facilities that we had there at the hotel. Every time we went down to the lobby very greeted us. He was such a nice gentleman, and so very friendly and kind. Being a senior citizen, this meant a lot to me.

There is no entrance to the hotel from parking garage. Have to walk around to the front entrance. At least cover the area. Feel for the elderly that have to make this trek. Very inconvenient for everyone. No shampoo or shower gel in the dispensers in the shower also. Why have them? Not a safe area at night.
