The staff are so warm and welcoming. The room itself is clean and has all the basic stuff that we need. Additionally, the free breakfast meals are bomb. One meal can be for two people, very generous serving.

My booking was somehow changed to a 2 single bed studio so my partner and i had to push the beds together. Netflix doesn’t work on the remote we were stuck with random cable networks. They fixed the hot water issue so that was great. I can hear the staff shouting around outside the our room. I think Bedbox Hotel would’ve been a better choice

Though the room they gave us our first night has an issue in the toilet..the management arranhed us aanother room the next day which is better .Thanks for having us.

During my recent stay, I was disappointed to find no breakfast buffet, but instead plated, the lobby no air-conditioning open, , the common restrooms were not lit and no bidets in the bathroom. Despite checking in late at night and requesting a brief extension, this was not accommodated, forcing me to check out before 9 AM. Additionally, I was required to provide a deposit of P 1500 even though I had fully paid in advance. This experience was far from satisfactory. 😢

住宿方回覆: Hi Rhodora, we are sorry to hear about your experience with your recent stay with us. All our room toilets are equipped with a bidet. Our standard check-out time is 12 noon. Room extension beyond our check-out time (12 noon) is subject to room availability upon request. In case the room occupancy is high, we won’t be able to accommodate late checkouts to give ample time to tidy the room for the next expected guest. A security deposit of 1500 is collected upon check-in to cover any room incidentals but this is refundable upon check-out when unconsumed. It is also indicated on their booking confirmation.For our breakfast service, we normally serve plated breakfast at the hotel but we’ll put this concern in the pipeline for future improvement of our hotel breakfast service.Thank you for your patience and we appreciate your feedback.We hope to welcome you again and to serve you better.

Rooms are surprisingly clean. except for the toilet bowl water which gives out a nasty smell when you flush. They must have been using recycled water but I hope they do something about the nasty odor. Food was very good and staff are overall friendly.

breakfast is so limited without good option. Staffs attentive and response are below my expectations Aircon was installed in floor level. Noisy for it used with single A/C not Split system. But overall, room is clean and tidy.
