The only plus of this accommodation is the owners. The owners and staff are very responsive and polite. Everything else is very bad, unfortunately. Firstly, the hotel does not have a lobby as such, because there is an open kitchen and a cafe on the ground floor. Secondly, because there is a kitchen on the ground floor, the smell of fried oil sometimes comes into the room. Thirdly, the rooms are very old and need updating. Fourthly, I found insects on the bed in the room and I was uncomfortable spending the night. Fifthly, I took a room with a city view, but I got a room with a view of the wall of the opposite house with mold. Sixthly, the staff speaks very poor English, we could only communicate in simple phrases. Also, very poor soundproofing, sometimes there was noise at night. And the air conditioner does not work correctly and sometimes turns off by itself. The remote control shows one temperature, and the AC shows another. I booked the hotel on trip.com for 5 nights, but in the end I stayed only for one, I managed to negotiate the cancellation of the remaining 4 nights. I am very sorry that I have to leave a bad review because the owners of the hotel seemed to me to be very nice people. I sincerely hope that the owners of the hotel will take my review into account.
