「When I got there I was confused on where to park because it said ****** parking. I didn’t know we could park in the garage as well for the hotel. My family and I walked four floors down from the garage because we were very much misdirected. One of the staff did escort us to a different elevator because they seen us waiting a long time for one. The first lady we seen said she “would escort us to the service elevator, it shouldn’t take much longer”. She seen us waiting for about 10 minutes before all us could get one on.」
「Somewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.」
