The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. It was a plus to have a washing machine with dryer. Improvement can be made by providing toilet paper in the room. The video guide for key collection could also be clearer and more user-friendly.

舒适的住处，靠近罗望子广场，附近有很多24小时营业的商店。离赛城地铁站很近，非常方便。电视有点小问题，但厨房设施齐全，景色优美。床很舒服，有很多枕头。

More suitable for family trip, have swimming pool and gym. Also, convinent to get food and convenient stores at downstairs.

位置好，房间干净，床闻起来很香。我回家后，连我的水豚身上都还留着那股味道。

nice place, clean & comfortable

住了三天。房间很宽敞，空调和其他设施都运转正常。 没有洗发水和卫生纸，不过楼下的超市可以买到。位置离吉隆坡中央车站有点远，所以空间比较宽敞，有利有弊。 缺点： - 进入卧室后，发现床边的小架子上有避孕套的残余。我并不介意，想着这种事难免发生，就用了床，但对有些人来说，这会是很糟糕的体验。 - 第二天下午，我收到一条“紧急通知”，让我当天下午2:30到房间。原来是漏水了，楼下的邻居联系了他们。不过我只是个客人，没有义务去，但因为听起来挺有意思，就答应了。我问房东会不会在，但没有收到回复。约定的时间到了，物业经理来了，检查了一切，我们聊了一会儿才道别。之后没有再出现任何问题，但我甚至没有收到房东的感谢信息。因为我对这片区域比较熟悉，而且会说英语，所以还能把它当成一件趣事。但如果我身处一个陌生的地方，又不会说英语呢？ 我写下这篇评论，希望能给其他用户一些参考。

Location was a bit tricky but once you know your way around, it's okay. Go to level 4 if you need to get to the retail part of Tamarind Square. Grab pick up location is the Locca Cafe downstairs. The main door could probably use a double lock system. The cleaning team entered the apartment with the pin when I was already inside because they were unaware I already checked in (I communicated to the hotline that I have checked in). The management team was informed and they ensured it will not happen again, but after the incident it still feels insecure. Would be better if the apartment could have a chain lock from the inside. Basic amenities available but some of the furniture were old and wobbly, the shower head was broken even though you can still use the overhead shower. The toilet smells quite musty as the ventilation is only one window that opens towards the hallway outside (still, it feels insecure even with the grill inside). The window inside the bedroom can't lock so you can sometimes hear the car from outside (even though you're on the 17th floor). It would have been a pleasant stay but to be honest I don't really feel secure while I was there even after they ensure it will not happen again. Hope they can improve with making guests feel secure while staying in the apartment as well as the amenities in the room.

Stayed there for one night. It’s quite convenient to get food at night there as it’s in Tamarind Square where there’s a lot of food and shops around. The room was nice, big for just the two of us, but the bed was a little low for my mom. Overall a good stay.

1. The air conditioner at living area not functioning. Need servicing. 2. The shower head also need to be change. 3. Need shower curtain to split the dry and wet area. 4. The sofa need to replace. Its hard to sit. 5. The unit need some maintenance to keep it better.
