The best hotel experience for me in all of my travel. The saying you get what you paid for is so accurate. Yes, it’s pricey to stay here but boy is it worth it. This hotel is truly a paradise and oasis for your long day of traveling and hiking. First the hotel is beautiful and centrally located. There are so many activities and amenities that the guests can participate in the hotel. We did the hotel tour and interacted with the baby alpaca. Second, the room and the amenities provided in the room were so carefully throughout. The food during breakfast was great and there were varieties. But what truly make this hotel stand out for me is the staff. From the bellboy, to the front desks and the servers.. all the staff treated all the guests with care. We had an issue with our pickup at the train station (no fault of the hotel or us) but they were very apologetically about it and the staff wanted to make sure we were ok which we were. All in all., if you have the money to spend.. stay here. It was such an amazing two nights experience for my husband and I,

Cusco, Peru was the first leg of our first trip to South America and the Palacio del Inka hotel/spa made our first week so memorable. Months in advance prior to our arrival, Emerson and his fellow colleagues on the concierge team worked with us to select tours/excursions (through their travel agency partner Venturia) that were right in line with what we were looking for. Upon arrival, the hotel’s check-in process was both efficient and welcoming and everyone on the staff (including the GM) came out to greet us. The bar and restaurant staff learned and used our first names all week and that really made us feel at home. Plus, the food and cocktails were both top notch! The bartender also gave a terrific pisco sour making lesson while we were there. Make sure you ask about that activity! The hotel is beautiful and this property has one of the best Luxury Collection hotel spas that I’ve ever been to (a great variety of treatments and water therapy stations). The former mansion that this hotel now resides in also has a rich cultural history and a wonderful collection of artwork so please take their property tour while you are there…you’ll be glad you did. Overall, I want to say that every aspect of the Palacio del Inka experience was absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it for your stay in Cusco.

非常棒的體驗！酒店的整體採光非常好，讓人一進入酒店就能感覺到明媚！ 各方面細節也很到位，包括洗漱用品，牀上用品，餐飲，環境都非常贊！ 而且必須要表揚一下攜程！這家酒店在Booking 上的價格要高於攜程不少。我們住的兩晚，Booking 上含稅價格去到了7000多。但攜程上連着兩晚價格5000多，且攜程系統還提示如果分開一天一天的訂，價格可以更優惠，最後我們是以含稅價4000多訂了兩晚的，從此對攜程長草！

我們做了可能是通常的秘魯之旅 - 利馬,聖谷,庫斯科,馬丘比丘。帕拉西奧納扎雷納斯是我們最喜歡的酒店。房間設備齊全,非常優雅(+氧氣)。就我們所知,鎮上最好的餐廳,也是這次旅行中最好的之一(除了利馬世界著名的餐廳)。位置優越,安靜,前台很棒。

離景區非常近，服務很好，有問必答，wifi速度也ok，房間有暖氣，很新，燈光效果非常好，還有免費接機，有旅行社代理方便一日游，不過價格比外麪貴點。 早餐吃的不咋地，飲料水果倒很豐富。不過很奇怪的是，攜程的價格變來變去，我定第一晚的時候下訂單是800多，付款就點不動，弄了半天才發現價格變成了900多，衹好改成900多付。住了一晚想延續，攜程價格又變成1400，接着又1600，後來我直接在前台按攜程第一晚價格續住了。接下來幾天攜程仍然是這種情況，變來變去，酒店卻一直按固定價格給了我。我不明白攜程在這個酒店為什麼會這樣。

Great location! The hotel is quiet and a short walk gets you to great restaurants and shops. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Antonio! Thanks for the hospitality and delicious Pisco sours!

Great hotel, staff & location!! Wish I stayed longer!! Breakfast was complete & even accommodated gluten free! They open super early for those leaving for excursion at 4am!! Everyone was amazing & very friendly. Room was exactly what we needed, comfy bed & spacious bathroom!!!

入住品牌酒店是最安全的選擇！而且今次是此品牌當中最有特色的酒店之一！ 也是諾富特品牌酒店之中最便宜的一間 ！

這個價格，酒店沒啥毛病，服務不錯，早餐豐富，自帶的小院也很漂亮，唯一的缺點是酒店建在海拔3500米的庫斯科的一個上坡道路上，對於有高反的同學，步行進入酒店建議斟酌，不過酒店提供免費氧氣瓶，還是很不錯的

This is a beautiful building in a great location. The doormen and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with most amenities. I was however quite shocked to find paper cups in the room to drink tea from. I’ve never come across that before! I had to put one inside another so’s it didn’t bend when I picked it up. The bed was large and comfortable although it was quite noisy from very early in the morning as breakfast starts at 4.30. Breakfast was adequate although we found it hard to get orange juice. Papaya was the juice on offer . The bar and restaurant were very good. A great hotel in a great location to explore Cusco.
