This is a beautiful building in a great location. The doormen and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with most amenities. I was however quite shocked to find paper cups in the room to drink tea from. I’ve never come across that before! I had to put one inside another so’s it didn’t bend when I picked it up. The bed was large and comfortable although it was quite noisy from very early in the morning as breakfast starts at 4.30. Breakfast was adequate although we found it hard to get orange juice. Papaya was the juice on offer . The bar and restaurant were very good. A great hotel in a great location to explore Cusco.

Such a gem on a less busy street in Cusco. It is literally around the corner from San Pedro Market. The room we were in had two floors, with the upstairs having 2 double beds and the downstairs with a small kitchen sink, counter, mini fridge and a pull out couch. It was perfect for our family of 4! The owner, Manuel and his staff (his wife Norma, who made delicious eggs for us at breakfast, Elliott, Andres, Elizabeth and Carmen were all so very kind, attentive and helpful. They helped arrange excursions and taxis for us, all at a very reasonable price. They have coca tea at the lobby to help with altitude sickness. We stayed there for several days, and it felt like coming home every time we got back to the hotel. A little bonus is their dog, Chasqui, who is the sweetest, friendliest doggo! Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Motto by Hilton hotel in Cusco and was impressed by the outstanding service provided by Benjamin, who works at the front desk. As a Hilton diamond member, I have high expectations and stay in dozens of Hilton properties around the world each year. Benjamin exceeded my expectations with his attentive and helpful demeanor. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the overall experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend the Motto by Hilton hotel in Cusco, thanks to Benjamin and the rest of the staff for their exceptional service.

我們只是在馬努雨林之旅的兩邊住在這裏 - 太超值了!- 比我們在庫斯科以同樣價格入住的酒店要好得多。酒店很乾淨,有漂亮的現代房間,很棒的淋浴,經營它的夫婦很可愛!他們爲我們做得不夠,非常友好和熱情。他們幫助我們快速完成洗衣,當我們需要它做很短的通知,我們做了盒裝早餐來我們的旅行,當我們不得不提前離開,並組織我們的出租車回機場 - 比我們支付的還少。會完全推薦,因爲它物超所值,如果我再次在庫斯科,會回去那裏。謝謝!

Nice hotel but is freaking noisy with music going on till 3am in the morning. Most of us have prepare to visit Machu Picchu early in the morning. We travel with GOLATAM. There are a bout 20 of us. They could at least turn down the music. Some of our group rare in their 60s.

I spent 2 nights here in room 406. The room was clean and spacious but no window as such. There was a small one in the corner next to the bathroom. Not one to look out of. The other issue with this room is that it is basically next door to the breakfast room. Thankfully, I was up early both days anyway. Breakfast was very basic, bread was good as was the fruit. The staff were great and for the first time used a hotel laundry service, so cheap and same day. Reception is great with free tea station and water refill station. Great location for the city centre.
