I loved the room honestly. Nice lil spot. And the bed was Super comfortable. I ate food from around the area.

Very disappointed with check-in. After travling all day to find out our prepaid reservation was cancled. It took well over an hour for ******* and Marriott to finally allow us in. This is totally unacceptalble to put the customers in the middle of their corporate haggling. Hotel had several rooms available and should have immediately checked us in and settled their dispute privately after the customer was taken care of.

Check in was smooth.. Everyone that worked the front desk was super nice.. only negative I would say is the bistro was not open at night but other wise everything was perfect.. room was clean bathroom clean fit all my needs

My husband and I had been looking forward to our stay here, as it was the first Courtyard we had stayed at since approximately 2000. Prior to then we had been able to frequently stay at Courtyards. We were disappointed by how small the room was, the limited horizontal surface space and storage space in general, and with the abysmally small 'refrigerator'. This was a dorm-sized fridge, but did not have as much interior space as dorm fridges have. There was literally space for one six pack of soda, one tall bottle (think liter bottle), and one ledge 3-4" deep by 11" wide and 7" tall. The sofa, while firm, which I like, was so deep that there was no way to take advantage of the sofa back without climbing onto it. As my husband was recovering from surgery, that did not work well. Overall, disappointed.

Having stayed at this hotel in the past, I was all too aware that it is just an old Courtyard Marriott that has been given a slight facelift that wasn’t enough to justify the sizable rise in prices, since the last time I stayed here. The most notable aspect of this hotel’s renovation is the fact that they spared no expense on purchasing new towels to match their new carpets. The old stained linens go perfectly with the complementary packets of disinfectant wipes left on the nightstand. There’s no better way to draw the guest’s attention to the substandard cleaning practices of their overpriced hotel than by providing them with 4 Clorox wipes to clean their room’s bathroom with. Shame on Marriott for profiting off low-lighting and their preconceived assumptions regarding their guest’s low IQ scores. Deserves 50% slash in room price and 50% less stars. Buyer’s, and germaphobe’s, beware!

We were put in a room right above where cars pull in to check in so it was a little noisy. Hotel did not appear full so I feel checkin desk could have chosen somewhere better.

Multiple things upset me during my stay. One being room service, upon checking in I was asked if I wanted my room serviced I said yes! Upon returning to my room the first 2 nights my room was not cleaned. Same dirty towels, no toilet paper, trash not emptied. Called down to the front desk, no answer literally rang for 30 minutes. I go down to the front desk at 1am ask them if there’s an issue with their phone’s they responded no, so apparently they ignore calls from hotel guests. The ice machine on the first level was clear on the other end of the hotel. This hotel can use some major upgrades. Best thing is it’s location to stores and restaurants. Within walking distance to a shopping plaza.

While the bathrooms may be a little bit dated, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The overall experience was great. I would stay here again if I was passing through.

They were behind on cleaning rooms but i can undstand cause im sure they were busy cause a concert the night before. They were friendly while checking in and made sure we were taken care of in lobby while waiting on the room. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well.
