We had the honour of staying at Ritsako for 4 days in August 2025. From the booking process to arrival was very smooth and easy and Petunia who arranged our booking was great! On arrival we were thrilled with our accommodation. We were very impressed to have a personal visit from the chef and waiter to introduce themselves and reassured us that they would look after our every need. They came personally to our chalet to take our dinner orders. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The menu was varied and the choices were great! There were dishes to please the most descerinig of pallets. Our chalet was serviced daily whilst we were at breakfast. It was a delight to return after our breakfast to a lovely, clean chalet. A special mention has to be made to Jerry, our waiter-he really made our stay with his care and attentiveness. We highly recommend Ritsako and, in our opinion, it is a world class establishment. We have no hesitation in recommending to all of our family, friends and business colleagues. ❤️

We went to Ritsako over the weekend, from the time we got there till we left we were treated so well. A lovely reception, we were greeted with an ice cold watermelon cordial. Staff super friendly, the rooms superb. Nothing was too much trouble from the staff to the manager. An awesome weekend. We had a picnic lunch on the deck, which was awesome.
