克羅伊登西城服務式公寓飯店(Westciti Croydon Serviced Apartments)

與往常一樣，westciti 比預期的要好得多！

I booked this place with my parents to celebrate my moms birthday and upon our arrival we were impressed. A few days in, things took a turn for the worst. My dad placed his money in his bag for us to head to the store but he ended up forgetting the bag. Thirty minutes later we get back and he goes to his bag to find ALL of the money missing (£570 and $360). How could the money be missing when it was left in his room? We went to the front desk and received no help! We were told the only cameras they have are in the hallway and nobody went to the room. That’s IMPOSSIBLE!!! The money was placed in the bag prior to us leaving and gone upon our return. After doing our own searching we realized the “smoke detectors” light changed color when we turn off the room lights and they seem to have cameras placed in them. Although the place is nice, they have illegally placed cameras in the rooms and their staff enters your room while you’re gone. They are a bunch of crooked thieves and did not assist us with getting any resolve! If not them, they were in on it for sure. I am going to put them on blast until the money is given back! DO NOT BOOK THERE!!!

Booked a 3 night stay as part of an surprise 18th birthday present for my daughter so she could attend her first festival and weekend away with her friend. She had a amazing time, she said the apar**ent I booked was ideal, it was in a great central location, the facilities were modern and clean, she felt safe and comfortable. The staff were very easy to get hold of and were very kind and accommodating. I messaged a few times during the booking process and always got a quick helpful response, I queried if the room I booked has outdoor space as it was a heatwave, i had booked a upstairs room but the day before arriving I received a call saying the room had been upgraded so my daughter could have outdoor space. Thank you for helping make her first weekend away a fantastic 18th remember, and I felt at ease leaving her somewhere she felt safe and secure.

I stayed at this Aparthotel for two weeks and I was pleased with our unit which had a separate bedroom from the living room space. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the cleaner was absolutely amazing !!!! I am an American and have never used a stove/oven like the one in the room but the staff walked me through getting it turned on. The location is exceptional. I was able to walk to many stores and the vicinity was quiet. Unlike my stay at the Westciti Caroco Aparthotel, the walls were insulated and I did not hear noises from any other guest. I would stay again.

You could hear everything if you were in the apar**ent, people walking upstairs, the floor making a squeeky noise, people talking,...

Limited kitchen unities

Aparthotels beat the traditional hotel because they feel like a home away from home, particularly the ability to cook your own meals. We enjoyed our stay here because our apar**ent had everything we needed and was close to all amenities. We were impressed by the level and speed of communication as well as how seamless it was to check-in and out. Would happily stay here again.

it was a no frills apar**ent. equipment looked tired and needed replacement. electric stove top has a large crack from one end to the other. the doorbell didnt work and so i missed the pos**an a couple of times. there was no cleaning for the 13 days i was there. a resut of covid-19. but the location is super, a km frm eith west croydon or east croydon train station
