The Pantiles is lovely. The hotel itself is fine -clean, helpful staff etc just very expensive for what it is. It’s marketed as an upmarket hotel which it isn’t really. It’s fine but there are much nicer hotels in TW for similar or cheaper prices

Quaint well maintained with excellent service from friendly staff. The bathroom was clean and the decor good. I f I have one criticism it is that there was insufficient light in the room.

Interesting Victorian character and style; quality fixtures and fittings.
Suggestion; more grips by bath and some stairways for elderly guests.

Easy check in and parking. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful hotel in great surroundings with access to restaurants, pubs and shopping.

Quaint and querky.
A maze of staircases to get to higher numbered rooms. Interesting. Website could benefit from including breakfast and parking options. Single room a tad cramped but warm and the window could be opened. Staff very accommodating and decor creative, appealed to me.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very big comfortable bed. A choice of shower or bath. Incredible food

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. nice breakfast options available. the hotel is old and therefore a little creaky but well furnished and it's a very reasonable price and in a great location.

Lovely hotel, well looked after, would definitely stay here again.
Only negative is no air conditioning in our room just a small fan so it was pretty warm!!
