Entire cottage on Croton Pond offers beautiful views, recreation, and fishing on the Muskegon River. The cottage is just minutes away from tubing, kayaking, hiking and biking trails. After a day of adventures, it's refreshing to return "home" to relax in this cozy and clean cottage. Pet Friendly, wifi, kayaks and paddleboat, fire pit, charcoal grill, and full kitchen amenities included. Local area has restaurants, grocery store, and gas station.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Children must be well behaved and monitored at all times. Pets must also be well behaved, quiet, leashed when outside, and pick up their poo..No parties! Also, in consideration of other guests, quiet times are between 11 pm and 7 am.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Weekend visit
Everything was exactly as described. The area is beautiful and it has what you need. The bathroom is small but they showed that in the pics. I needed a certain pan and host brought it right to me. Peaceful, nice spot

Scenic cabin
I’m rented Cabin 2 for a short “girls trip” with my friend and wanted something inexpensive, cozy and good for relaxing. This was mostly what we found. The waterfront property is beautiful and the common area was perfect for sitting on the swing and drinking coffee while looking over the water. It was quite and the location is close to hiking trails which was a great way to spend the day.the cabin is small but was a perfect size for what we needed. Beds and bathroom were clean. The only complaints we had were that not all of the dishes and silverware were clean and anything we used needed to be pre washed. Overall, the spot was perfect for a short visit.

Hunting Trip
Booked this for my husband and son's hunting trip. Location was great and the space met their needs. The host is on site and very attentive, helpful and responded to requests quickly. The place could have used a quick once over for cleaning just prior to arrival, there were some areas that needed to be swept up and some dishes looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile so they pre-washed prior to using. Over all was a good stay.

Newago in the fall
We looked for a rustic VRBO and found it! Beautiful area and very comfortable. Would have liked a foldable card table for cards but brought our own so it was fine.
