The facility was clean, and the staff was very helpful. Will stay again.

Had booked a double queen room. The manager called and offered an upgrade to a king suite. When we checked in we ended up getting a single queen room with a pull out couch. I reached out to the front desk and explained the situation. I was told there was nothing they could do as the hotel was full. The next day I spoke with the manager who seemed less than concerned and said there was nothing he could do. I asked for a refund or at least credit towards future stay as our child is at the local university and we would be back to visit. I asked for something in writing to use in the future. He told me he would email me something..three days later still no email. We will be trying out the other hotels in the future!

Staff was great!

Nice to have breakfast available. Comfortable beds aand pillows. Would be nice to have netflix app on TV ao guests could log into their own accounts.

The service was great, room clean and comfortable, breakfast was expansive and delicious. My only negative was that the bed was hard, but that's subjective. If I ever find myself in Crookston in the future, I would stay here again. =)

Wow! We were greeted with such friendly staff! The lobby was clean & organized! Check in was a breeze! Our room was wonderfully clean & smelled clean too. The room was stocked with everything we could need. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful! Many different options to choose from! So glad we stayed at this hotel. Definitely will be our top choice next time we are in town!

Super friendly everywhere here, even guests going out of their way in welcoming you.

The staff were so welcoming and flexible for our visit and it was veey clean!
