Das Hotel ist eine gelungene Mischung aus Moderne und Tradition. Die Zimmer sind modern und freundlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem und generell ist es ruhig nachts. Die Küche des Restaurants ist sehr gut, insbesondere die Fischgerichte und Pasta. Auch die Nachtische sind gut. Fünf Punkte gibt es nicht wegen ein paar kleiner Schönheitsfehler. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet zwar Auswahl, hat aber deutlich Luft nach oben. Dosenpfirsich und Orangensaftimitat sind nicht jedermanns Sache und es gibt keine Variationen. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein und wenig einladend. Am Pool sind mehrere Liegestühle beschädigt aber niemand repariert sie und es fehlen Polsterauflagen. Die Hip Hop Musik am Pool ist auch vollkommen überflüssig in einem Naturschutzgebiet. Dabei ist der Poolbereich ansonsten sehr schön. Auch die angebotenen Exkursionen sind sehr gut. Leider sprechen die Skipper der Boote entweder gar nicht oder nur Rumänisch. Und auch beim Besuch des Letea Forest sprach keiner der Guides englisch. Das kann frustrierend sein, wenn kein anderer Gast übersetzen kann. Das sollte das Hotel bei der Planung besser berücksichtigen. Wir hatten Glück und einer der sehr netten rumänischen Gäste hat übersetzt. In Summe immer noch empfehlenswert mit der Bitte, die kleinen Mängel zu beheben :) Das Personal war gänzlich hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Sehr empfohlen: Kanutour vom Hotel bis zu einem See in der Nähe. 2 Stunden auch für ungeübte Ruderer. Ganz toll und für mich das Highlight.

Hello. The restaurant is awesome. And also the hotel is super. No point to go in Sulina is nothing there. You just spend the money but in Crisan is wonderful. The service at the restaurant is excellent, we have ate bors de peste i recommend it!!!! The best one in the area.

I strongly recommend to avoid it. The welcoming if I can call it so is terrible. A lady that talks for 5 min almost shooting and keep telling you what the rules are. The rooms have a terrible smell. Since we reserved we asked for 3 double rooms with double bed as a must as we were coming with small kid. After confirming that this will be the case , we arrived and we received rooms with twins beds. We tried to explain at the reception but the “friendly “ lady had a very bad attitude and didn’t even tried to mime she will look into any possible solution. The food is average at best and raport quality -price very poor. The overall resort is poor , the spaces are not well maintain . The attitude of the staff ,except 1 waiter is 2 star.

We had a great stay and the team made real efforts for us to feel welcome. Thanks! The design is superb, it is probably the best resort in the Danube Delta. The fish is freshly caught in the Danube and it'll give you the most delectable sturgeon soup you'll ever taste. Really, not to be missed. And, a pro tip: try the Sicilian pancakes! Whoever is passionate about experiencing the wilderness can take a boat to ride on the Danube Delta, we were impressed.
