Best Western Wakefield Hotel St Pierre

A bit dated if I am totally honest, definitely needs updating. The staff are very friendly

This stay was hindered by the lift being out of order for the 4 days we were there. The room was spotless as usual, we had a room at the rear of the hotel which suited us better it was quieter. There was quite a few inconsiderate guests this visit, it is Christmas so we expected some party goers but noisy good-night and plans made to meet for breakfast from 12.30 through to 4am stopped any hope of sleep. The other three nights were fine as usual. There was also an issue parking due to a Christmas party. Hotel patrons should have priority, perhaps each room having parking allocation would help. We will be staying again in the not to distant future as the location is ideal for us.

Back again for another nights stay. Choose this hotel again as it was just what we needed last time Great customer service on the reception

Staff here are very nice and friendly and make you feel very welcomed, the rooms are very nice stayed here for over a week and a half and enjoyed every night and will definitely be coming back, thankyou dani and Amelia

The hotel is in an excellent location, near to quite a few great days out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Our room was quiet and very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay and we will return in the future.
