Anfangs gut miesen Nachgeschmack Lange überlegt welche Bewertung ich gebe. Anfangs hat das Hotel einen guten Eindruck gemacht aber durch viele kleine schlechte Erfahrungen einen miesen Nachgeschmack hinterlassen. Zimmerservice hat die Tür unverschlossen gelassen. Und auch nicht viel im Zimmer gemacht. Zimmer waren von Anfang an auch nur so gerade Ok sauber. Durch größere Feier dort wurde ganze Rest des Hotels vernachlässigt. Kann ja verstehen wenn dadurch Personal stärker beschäftigt ist, aber Rezeption und Hotelbar über eine halbe Stunde unbesetzt zu lassen ist schon nicht professionell. Essen im Hotel Restaurant war mittelmäßig, Kinderportionen und überteuert. Karte war komplett Französische Küche.... in England... naja. Frühstück war mal Ok mal schlecht und immer eher Kinderportionen. Zwischendurch wurde dann auch mal irgend ein Kräuteröl über ganzen Teller und Frühstück verteilt. Wohl Deko aber wenn es den Geschmack verändert sollte es mit auf der Karte stehen. Einzige Grund für nicht ganz schlechte Bewertung war ein Team von jungen Personal das trotz allem immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

Je suis venue dans cet hôtel pour 1 nuit est je n’ai pas du tout appréciée…. Attention dans les chambres il y a de grandes fenêtres mais ne s’ouvrent pas complètement uniquement le haut vers l’extérieur… pas de Clim ! Avec cette chaleur Juste un petit ventilateur pour survivre… le spa est trop décevant… une piscine froide qui ne donne pas envie, un jacuzzi trop brûlant un sauna hyper petit ( il ne faut pas être claustrophobe ..) les vestiaires sales. Un conseil apporter bien vos claquettes.. et pour finir j’ai pris un repas ( salade cesar) horrible ! Quelques bout de salade avec 1kg de mayonnaise et quelques morceaux de parmesan… ( j’avais demandé sans anchois) et le tout pour 16$?! J’ai rien touché.. à part ça le petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel très sympathique. C’est dommage … et décevant

非常令人失望的一次下午茶。本來應該是特別的家庭聚會，但卻令人失望至極。沒什麼氛圍（我們是唯一的食客），房間很破舊，沒有漂亮的白色桌布，溫度很低，服務也很冷漠。食物很平庸——每人只有 2 個小手指“三明治”，沒有其他鹹味食品，布朗尼/馬卡龍/棉花糖蛋糕有點奇怪，還有一些還可以的烤餅。檸檬塔非常好吃。 整個體驗有點令人難過，不像我曾經喝過的任何其他下午茶。我知道這並不貴，而且不應該與阿伯加文尼天使酒店 (The Angel) 的 50 英鎊茶點相比，但這確實不是一個令人愉快的場合。

所以我們剛剛到達。房間尚未打掃。髒紙巾、食品包裝紙、髒毛巾。抽獎中的男士染髮劑。沒有衛生紙。 馬桶座很髒。 我們將取消晚餐，因為這是他們的標準，我認為廚房也是一樣的。 。 他們應該為自己感到羞恥

我很抱歉必須寫這篇文章。但我覺得你必須知道。 您所宣傳的照片目前並不真實，它們是許多年前的照片，但現在可以確定。 多年來我們一直是忠實的客戶，並且喜歡它的所有功能等等。但最近幾次訪問的體驗確實很糟糕。 發生了什麼事？ ？它已經完全破敗不堪，看起來廉價又俗氣，非常破舊。沒有桌布黏桌子，沒有廉價的塑膠桌墊，沒有暖氣冰冷。食物很一般/氣氛很差，很髒，幾乎沒有工作人員。更不用說游泳池/桑拿剛剛關閉了。從來沒有感到過如此沮喪，一點也不輕鬆。沒有暖氣，冰冷的綠水。什麼都不起作用。沒有熱水。沒有燈，更衣設施很髒。 你不能宣傳這些照片並製作這種垃圾，這是虛假廣告。經過這麼多年，我真的很傷心，我想我們是時候分開了。除非業主對這個曾經美麗的場地投入大量資金，重新打造出高品味和檔次，否則恐怕這個場地無法再開放太久。

No internet / WiFi. Wasn’t the cleanest, as some food that was on the floor in the evening was there the following morning for breakfast.

Great staff, great food Lovely stay as the staff were very attentive. The breakfast was spot on & the views are lovely.

Sunday Lunch. This was very disappointing for several reasons. One of the options for the Main Course was Belly Pork and we were asked, on ordering, if we wanted apple sauce. We said; 'yes,' but no apple sauce came. When we enquired, they said; "we have no apple sauce." With the cheese cake dessert we asked if we might have some cream. The response was that we only have cream (thick) for scones. Therefore, there was no cream available for the cheese cake. More importantly; one of our group was Celiac and we had, on booking, requested that this might be taken into account. The dessert options were limited to' 'one choice.' When this came to the table there was a piece of biscuit (not gluten free) appended to the gluten free ice cream. In spite of these issues a 5% service charge was added. Overall, very disappointing.
