Wonderful stay as usual lovely staff who anlways make you feel welcome .The food is amazing especially the steaks.. Everything is consistently good whenever we stay. The view from our room was spectacular and always feels like coming home when we come back to Criccieth come rain or shine.

We had a super stay, our Executive Room was clean, well appointed and had a super bay view. We dined in the restaurant one night where we found the food to be excellent. The breakfast was first class with a varied choice to suit most tastes. The only small complaint was the orange juice which had a very weird flavour.

We stayed for one night as we were visiting my brother in a care home. We were amazed at the standards of this hotel, staff, food, room, the hotel itself ,decor all in good order. Ok the parking is lacking but the staff told us what to do and it was fine The evening meal was perfect and I unfortunately am a fussy eater, the breakfast a full English was just that, full. A pot of tea in Welsh looking pot for me and poached eggs and coffee for my wife all served by caring and attentive staff. We begrudgingly left this hotel to drive home. This was our first stay in a hotel in the UK for many a year and wow what a surprise. These package holiday hotels could learn a lot from this hotel. A big thank you to all at the Caerlwylan hotel ,you helped us enjoy our visit to see my poorly brother.

As a family of 4 adults, we had 2 rooms and stayed for 2 nights. Both rooms were very comfortable (unfortunately for my wife and I, our daughters nabbed the one with a sea view). We ate at the Tonnau restaurant on both nights. The choice on the menu and the quality of food were rated as excellent by all of us. The breakfast menu is extensive and again superbly cooked. The bar closed at 10.30pm which we thought was a little early, especially on a beautiful warm evening, but not a problem. We paid for parking and had a space for both nights. Friendly, helpful staff. We would look to stay here again, the next time that we are in the area.

3 night stay in Beach front location and very helpful staff and excellent food. Took the opportunity to visit the nearby location of the TV series “ The Prisoner” . Always a pleasure.. Thank you.u

Fourth consecutive visit. Comfort, staff, restaurant, cleanliness, view from the bar, welcoming atmosphere, great value - eveything just right. I would certainly recommend it and look forward to another visit next year.
