Comfortable rooms and tea and coffee on demand, but not the reason for the review. Jayne in the restaurant was brilliant, really friendly and always smiling every time we have stayed here. Nothing was a bother and even when she was short staffed and run off her feet she was happy and accommodating.

The hotel is old and tired, badly needs a refurb. Check in pleasant. Food at the restaurant especially breakfast was disgusting. The food was cold and the coffee machine wasn’t working. The coffee sachets tasted like dish water. Check out not good either

Jayne Zara gave amazing customer service at breakfast. We were able to start our day well and on time. Jayne served breakfast alone and did a great job! Thank you so much Jayne, keep being you, great customer service! Nothing more to say really other than great work!

Standard Premier Inn accommodation experience. Good but not special. Management appear to not value their customers. If not for the hotel’s proximity to the M6 and the local trading estate, I would stay elsewhere. Restaurant staffing level, staff moral and closed-off area of restaurant remain unsatisfactory and unchanged since this writer’s previous review in February.

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable bed, decent TV, great shower. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, very friendly and helpful member of staff, I think her name was Jayne - she is a credit to the company. Would highly recommended.

Staff all really friendly, from the receptionist (didn’t catch her name) to Jayne, Debbie and Kim running the breakfast service. All amenities were really comfortable and clean. The cooked breakfast was all done nicely and the variety for the continental was great and all topped up throughout. Thanks for an easy and happy stay
