The stay met our needs for the most part as we were in town for meetings at Lake Fort Smith. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the mattress. Very uncomfortable mattress when the intent of using the space was for sleep.

This unit has 2 flat screen tvs .55 inch in the living room with surround sound and Bluetooth audio for music and electric fire place, And a 42 inch in the bedroom with surround sound and Bluetooth music and electric fire place . Super up to date and clean with everything you could need from work desk to coffee maker, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Has granite counter tops and travertine backsplash . Ironing board iron and hair dryer . Super nice and quiet area off hwy 64 in van buren . Just 5 min from i40 and i540 . We provide pots, pans, plates, cups, coffee, silverware and cooking utensils.
